I said go find a new book. I'm sure that you will live. [ he raises an eyebrow ] I'm only a year older than you, mate. Why don't you ask yourself the same question, I've heard plenty of rumors about you two.

Hm, well, I hope you two have a good time. Meanwhile, try not ruining books for people, yeah? Donāt you think youāre a little old for her though?

Age is a number that matters quite a bit. But twenty-two.
Age is just a number. How old are you? Twenty?Ā

Christopher's eyes widened when she agreed before nodding. He honestly didn't expect for Narcissa to say yes and was only partially joking, but he wasn't going to admit that now. "As you wish," he murmured, apparating them to his flat. He gave her one last look before he dropped her hand and looked around, happy that the place was relatively clean. His flat really was only big enough for himself because if he needed anything he could go to the Nott family manor, though he didn't make a habit of going there. He just hoped Carolyn didn't randomly stop by. She sometimes made a habit of that; a really bad habit.
"Spaghetti you say?" he asked, walking towards the kitchen and turning his head a little to look back at her. One thing a lot of people didn't know about Christopher was that he was actually a really good cook, and he did enjoy cooking. He never did it at home because they always had house elves, but he did now that he lived alone if he had time. "I think I can manage that. You can uh- sit down and read for a bit. Or you can come into the kitchen and keep me company."
He really wasn't sure what to do with a girl he didn't bring home to shag. He was just having dinner with a friend, and he didn't do that often. He had no idea what possibly possessed him to bring her home with him, but he would manage. Christopher walked into the kitchen and looked through the fridge, making a mental note to have the house elf restock the fridge tomorrow. He might cook for himself, but he would never go grocery shopping; one of the families' house elves could manage to do that.
"So, are you excited for school?" he asked, knowing that she followed him into the kitchen because he heard her footsteps. He looked back over his shoulder as he put on a pot of water to boil. "Or are you going to miss sleeping in every morning?"
Bad Boys do it Better || Christopher and Narcissa
Narcissa could see her mother sitting in the other room, and she looked to be reading. She wasnāt sure if she was actually reading, or if she was listening to her and Chrisā conversation. It didnāt matter either way, itās like they were talking about anything bad. Narcissa was never one to break many rules, especially while she was in the presence of her own mother. If Druella was nervous about Christopher and Narcissa doing anything she was worrying over nothing.
She self consciously placed her hands on her cheeks, knowing that she was blushing. It was rude of him to point it out though, so she had to force herself not to glare at him. āI was taking a walk earlier due to the fact that it has been such a nice day outside. Maybe you should get a little sun yourself, youāre looking a little pale,ā she commented, moving her gaze away from him. Narcissa didnāt know why she was being a bit rude to him, but something about Christopher made her talk much more freely than usual, even if she was being rude. He didnāt seem to mind though, he always seemed amused when she would say something.
"Your place?" she asked, not really sure if she heard him right. Narcissa could only imagine the things that would be said if she was caught leaving his flat. She shouldnāt go with him, and she knew that, but there was something about the look that he was giving her that set things off. "Alright, we can go to your flat. I do hope that we have the potential of having spaghetti. It is a guilty pleasure of mine," she stated, taking his arm. She then turned her head a little bit to look up at him, waiting for him to disapparate them.

Didn't you leave your family for a mudblood? Why are you here? Muggle London does have bookstores, doesn't it?
Point taken. You could still try.

I'm not being judgmental when I'm right. I'd say you're maybe sixteen or seventeen, eighteen would be pushing it. I'll ask Narcissa next time I see her. I'm sure she knows you.
Arenāt you a little judgmental? Iām twenty-seven. I just look young. [she lies]

Do I seem like the type of person that would recommend a book to you that would have shagging in it? If I found out you were reading something like that I would go to your mother because I know you would never listen to me, and frankly I don't feel like having the sex talk with you. I think that would be uncomfortable for both of us. [ he smirks ] There's a nice place right around the corner. They have the best sundaes for dessert.
Well, I was very interested in that book and you ruined it for me. Of course Iām going to be the slightest bit angry even when you did try to win yourself back into my good graces by handing me a book that looks like- [pauses and looks at the cover of the book] If there is any shagging in this book I will be very upset with you, and I donāt enjoy being upset with people no matter what some say. [sighs] Where would you like to go for lunch?
#c:narcissa#hahaha#i feel like the blacks live by a code of 'i can do or say whatever i please because i'm a black'#that's pretty spot on if you ask me#also chris is like 'no you're not getting the sex talk from me#if you need it bad enough i'll make sure i tell bella but sure as hell am not talking to you about that#ask lucius'

Can't say I've ever had much interest in harming animals. I do have a lunch date later with Narcissa Black, but that's not for another hour, so I'm free.
I think Iāll wait for you to leave, Nott. Donāt you have any other hobbies? Like drowning puppies?

Last I saw Narcissa was being checked out by a Healer. She hurt her head, but I don't know the extent of it. I don't know much about Regulus, though. Or Sirius.
Please tell me you have heard something.

Merlin. Didn't someone tell you that you should have sat in the back? Bloody hell. Can you sit up?
I⦠m-my head hurts.Ā

#c:narcissa#normally he could keep his cool better#but he doesn't do well with potentially losing anyone in his life#so he's freaking out#also he didn't feel the need to tell her because he figured lucius would handle it

Christopher never was on to be patient, and he knew that about himself. It irritated even him at times when he was waiting, and the wait was only five minutes and would even get irritated by that. It was a curse, but alas it was one that he did not have the capability to break. That's why when he was waiting for Narcissa he was tapping his fingers on his knee. He just needed to do something while he was waiting other wise he would be passing, and Druella insisted that he was to sit down. She even offered him tea, and she smiled the entire time at him. He heard plenty of things about how cold the women could be, but she seemed to like Chris just fine. He wondered what that meant.
When Narcissa finally came downstairs, he smiled at her, though his smile turned into a smirk when he noticed her blush. "It looks like you got a little sun, love," he teased, playing off her blush. He would have just said she was blushing, but he knew how defensive she could get at times, so he passed. He knew Narcissa from when she was younger due to the fact he knew Andromeda fairly well, but he didn't start really getting to know the youngest Black girl until recently. The age gap between them made it impossible for him to stand her for the longest time because she really was a brat when she was a child, even if she argued with that.
"I do know your name. I'm fairly certain that everyone around knows your name. They would be fools if they didn't, either that or they were hiding underneath a rock. I'm not sure which one yet. But I'm sure if someone was to ever forget your name, you would remind them." He winked at her and offered his arm in a polite gesture. "We could go to any place in Diagon Alley of your choosing. Or, if you didn't feel like going out, we could go to my flat and just gave something there. Unless you're scared, of course." He smirked, turning his head a little to look down at her. He was definitely challenging her, but he figured she was more likely to say yes if he did.
Bad Boys do it Better || Christopher and Narcissa
When Narcissa got an owl from Christopher Nott of all people asking if she wanted to spend the evening with him, she had to admit she was surprised. She didnāt know why the bloke had any interest in her at all. He was older than her. Of course she was friends with Lucius, but thatās because sheās known him since she was a child, even if she didnāt always particularly like him. She knew Christopher a bit too, but she never liked him or disliked him. He could go off and find a girl that was probably the same age as him and yet he wanted to spend the evening with her, and she didnāt know why. Nevertheless, she agreed to it. Narcissa was getting ready when she heard the house elf knock on the door, meaning that Chris was there. She didnāt rush to get ready even though she knew he was there, he could wait a little bit longer. Itās not like she wanted to impress him with her punctuality. She rather look nice over being on time, and currently she couldnāt seem to get her blonde curls under control which was bothering the bloody hell out of her. When she finally seemed to be ready, the young Black girl checked herself in the mirror once and then pushed her door open. She was good enough to being ready. Besides, itās not like she had a reason to impress him at all. He was the one that wanted to see her after all, she didnāt owl him. Letting out a deep breath, she plastered a smile onto her face and then walked down the stairs to see him sitting on the couch, but he stood up when he saw her. She had to admit that he did look nice, but sheād never admit that aloud.Ā She walked up to him and kept her smile on her lips, but she blushed just a little bit. āI didnāt know you had little to no patience, other wise I might have hurried up if it was going to be better for your convenience.ā Her blush deepened when he kissed her hand, and she pulled it away as soon as he dropped it. āYou know, I do have a first name. Iām sure that you know it, but yes, I am ready. Where are we going, by the way? You never informed me, you just said that we would be going out to eat, so I hope Iām dressed appropriately. If I should change, I can.ā
