The Doctor was pleasantly surprised when Rose decided to snuggle right up to him. He hugged her back eagerly, but was slightly confused she was looking off to the side instead of up at him.   So distracted was he that he didn’t even register Jackie calling out: “Smile!”  

(Like he needed a command to do so.  He seemed to smile a lot these days.)

He blinked slightly as a bright flash lit up in the direction Rose was looking in.

“Oh, you daft prawn, you weren’t looking at the camera!”

(As it turned out, this became their favourite photo ever.)
