It’s stuffed with chopped Granny Smith apples, one orange, dried cherries, toasted pecans, basil leaves, red onion, garlic, rosemary, and celery. It’s hand rubbed with kosher salt, tellicherry black pepper, and black truffle infused olive oil. I’m about to get started making the glaze.
