Week 8 of “TaShi” Business Implementation- April 7-11, 2025

Day 1 (monday)-April 7, 2025

Activity: I’ve prepared the needed materials for coffee shop then mix some coffee. I’ve also prepared coffee and update the financial part of our business. Also TLC College of Business Education bought coffee to us.

Day 2 (tuesday)-April 8, 2025

Activity: just like the regular days, I started marketing, preparing and selling coffee to students and other people.

Day 3 (Wednesday)-April 9, 2025

Activity: During this day, I’ve prepared drinks to students inside The Lewis College. I’ve also take a pic of the products for Marketing ang Promotion

Activities: I’ve started to sell more milk drinks than coffees because it’s more popular than coffee base drinks

Week 7 of “TaShi” Business Implementation- April 1-6, 2025

Day 1 (Tuesday)-April 1, 2025

Activity: Since we’re going back to school, I’ve tested many cold drinks to put up in our shop and this is the drink that I’ve came up. Iced Coffee for summer to quench the thirst of students in TLC. I’ve also registered POS system where I can easily track my inventory, sales and expenses.

Day 2 (Wednesday)-April 2, 2025

Activity: First day of selling Iced coffees and it became a hit to students! It has been sold out before afternoon so we need to restock as soon as possible.

Challenges: One challenge for me is to sell the drink to non coffee drinkers so I again think of a drink that can be drinked even by non coffee drinkers.

Day 3 (Thursday)-April 3, 2025

Activity: I’ve added a drink that even non-coffee drinkers can enjoy and this is Iced Strawberry milk drink that is fruity and creamy. It also became a hit to students.

Week 6 of “TaShi” Business Implementation- March 24-30, 2025

Day 1 (Monday)-March 24, 2025

Activity: Cooked some rice and spam then prepared it for delivery

Challenges: No challenges

Day 2 (Tuesday)-March 25 2025

Acitivity: Activity is same as yesterdays activity but we go to the city hall after delivery to follow up our permits

Day 3 (Wednesday)-March 26, 2025

Activity: We started our day on preparing the stall then cooked the food for delivery. Also sir Nonie visited us and talked to us for a span of time.

Day 4 (Thursday)-March 27, 2025

Activity: after doing my usual activity (cooking and preparing), We finished and passed our accomplishment report for our business implementation 1

Day 5 (Friday)-March 28, 2025

Activity: after doing our daily activities we cleaned our store and go to the school to attend the meeting regarding to the resume of in campus store of our businesses

Week 5 of “TaShi” Business Implementation- March 17-21, 2025

Day 1 (Monday)-March 17, 2025

Activity: I do my daily activities such as cooking rice, frying spam and preparing the food for delivery. After that, I go to our school for tomorrows event

Day 2 (Tuesday)-March 18, 2025

Activity: since I am unable to go to our store at the morning due to voters event, I’ve decided to sell some graham bars to students around the TLC just like a peddler.

Challenges: one of the main challenge here is selling the graham bar itself because of the decreasing quality over time. If I didn’t sold it fast, there is a chance that the graham bars will defrost

Day 3 (Wednesday)- March 19, 2025

Activity: In the morning, I cooked some of the ingredients and prepare the food for delivery at TLC.

Challenges: Nothing

Activity: Same activity as yesterday

Day 5 (Friday)-March 21, 2025

Activities: Early in the morning I prepared our shop and prepared the ingredients to be cooked and deliver. I also cleaned all the surroundings

Week 4 of “TaShi” Business Implementation- March 10-14, 2025

Day 1 (Monday)- March 10

Activity: I started to do my daily tasks and prepared the food for deliveries. After that, we deliver together food. After lunch, we go to the city hall and tried to finished our papers and permits.

Challenges: No challenge

Day 2 (Tuesday)- March 11

Activity: Same as monday, I do all the daily tasks but after that, I finished the febuary financial statement.

Day 3 (Wednesday)- March 12

Activity: No activity (Absent due to Fever)

Day 4(Thursday)- March 13

Activity: as early as I woke up, I cooked rice and cooked spam and egg. Prepared and delivered some of the orders.

Day 5 (Friday)- March 14

Activity: Same activity as the other days, it is my routine to do the daily activities.

Week 3 of “TaShi” Business Implementation- March 3-7, 2025

Day 1 (Monday)-March 3

Activities: I’ve tried to cook adobo for this day only. Testing out something new to the menu. It peaked at lunchtime but not much as when selling silogs.

Challenges:Selling Adobo to public. Its not that popular unlike silogs specially to school

Day 2 (Tuesday)-March 4

Adtivity: I started to cook rice in the morning then cooked spam. Prepared the orders for delivery.

Day 3 (Wednesday)-March 5

Activity: I started to cook as soon as I stepped in our stall. I also help the other group in selling their food.

Day 4 (Thursday)-March 6

Activities: after cooking and delivering to the school, I started to do the financial statement for Febuary

Day 5 (Friday)-March 7

Activity: We started early in the morning preparing everything for delivery. We also had a general cleaning of stall as a part of sanitation

Week 2 of “TaShi” Business Implementation- Feb 24-28, 2025

Day 1 (Monday) Feb 24, 2025

Activities: First Day of TLC Intramurals 2025, I started by cooking and preparing foods for customers since there were many customers waiting for us. Then after that, we serve our products to our customers who waited for it to be finished.

Challenges: one of the challenges that we’ve encountered during this day is the crowded workplace. Due to this problem, we have come up a plan for the next following days which is to bring the food cooked already.

Activities: Same as the first day I’ve prepared the food for our customers but I prepared the food beforehand so we can work much faster and efficient. I also serve as the cashier at the same time.

Challenges: Due to Foundation day coming, Kelly and I have practice for it. So to ease this problem, we’ve decided to talk to Airish to sell our products to continue our business hours.

Activities: Wednesday early morning, I cooked some rice and also half fried the chicken before going to school. Since we have a game in the morning, Kelly took over the shop for an hour. After our game, I’ve prepared sauces for chicken again.

Activities: Right after we reached the school, we start preparing foods for our customers. Since they are from parade, many of them bought food. At lunchtime, all of our menu are sold out.

Challenges: The challenge for us is the general rehearsal of the concert itself and also, the arrival of Atty. Loida where I need to assist in the event as part of the Student Council

Week 1 of “TaShi” Implementation- Feb 17-21, 2025

Daily Breakdown (Feb 17-21)

Day to Day Activities

Day 1- February 17 (monday)

First day of selling food again, Kelly and I bought ingredients and cook early in the morning at 8am. We delivered at 9am at The Lewis college for students snacks. The remaining food is sold by Airish because Kelly and I have a practice for the upcoming Concert and Intramurals.

Day 2- Feb 18 (Tuesday)

Same as the first day, we market ingredients and then cook food for our customers. This time, we’re with Airish (co-owner of Snails Good) discussing our future plans for our business implementation.

Day 3- Feb 19 (Wednesday)

Didn’t document the whole operations but we delivered food again in The Lewis college for snacks. After that is we market for ingredients for the next day. After marketing for our ingredients, I go home and continue sewing clothes.

Day 4- Feb 20 (Thursday)

Normal operations in the morning but we cut our business hours again because of the concert practice for Foundation day. It gives me the opportunity to test new products for upcoming intramurals. Since we focused on rice meals, I’ve tried to cook chicken fillet with 2 different sauces, chicken ala king and soy garlic

Day 5- Feb 21 (Friday)

We didn’t open our shop due to heavy rainfall but we’re required to go to school to design our booths for the upcoming intramurals. Our stall doesn’t have so much going on design wise but I’ve helped design the whole bazaar together with the CBE Faculty.
