About me:
My name is not actually Will, I value online safety but I wanted to give you something to call me, so I went with my middle name instead.
I am diagnosed with PTSD, GAD, and hyperacusis. I have to wear AFO braces.
I have a 504 document to help me succeed in school as well as an elevator pass. My 504 states that:
I get printed copies of all my assignments
My tests are untimed
I am allowed the use of noise-cancelling headphones
I get a list of all assignments I am to turn in this week, at the beginning of the week
I am allowed a break when having a panic attack
I am allowed a break when the classroom is too loud
I am allowed to choose to take my standardized tests online or offline
I get extra breaks during standardized tests
I get time and a half on any timed standardized tests
I am allowed idividual testing on timed standardized tests
I attend a public high school in southern USA.
I intend to use this account to unoffically document all occurences regarding the school staff (and occasionally students) and my disabilities.
Absolutely anyone is welcome to follow this account and ask questions. If you need help with school stuff in relation to disability, please feel free to reach out to me, I'm delighted to help :)
