.: Go try out @gardencreamery :. great simple flavors i had the cookies and cream, matcha, and mango sticky rice... Erin and Patrick were so awesome and friendly even with a long line of 4 couples and one extra dude. she was able to hand out sample flavors to each person in an orderly fashion. Definitely coming back and trying the chimney cone on sat . .: @bigbadwolf FREESTYLE Pop-Up 8course Dinner:. Another great pop up event in SF great meal first starting off with my favorite Deviled Eggs. The eggs had Fresh anchovies, yuzu-herb aioli, pickled garlic, ghost pepper crisps, and roasted redpepper puree. Then there was pumpkin porridge which had rendered duck fat, mochi balls, black sesame umami, toasted pine nuts and chili oil. It felt like something an asian mom would make on a cold day from left overs in a fridge from a big dinner the night before. super tasty. next was the super fresh crab salad which had pea leafs, cucumbers, seaweed, mint, edamame, wasabi-honey vinaigrette. so fresh and it had a spicy hit that would open up your senses. next was the shiso soju shooter to cleanse the pallete. The chicken thigh skewers and rice was bomb i ate it like a wrap where i took the meat off the skewer and then put it in the leaf and rice and ate it like a fresh taco. soo good it was a tease totally wanted another leaf with rice. Then the three beer battered skrimp came out and i was in love. the addition of the sweet chili and garlic sauce on the skrimp again made these tease belly telling me to get more of that. the main dish was a kimchi pork meatball w/ kimchi-adobo-fire roasted tomatoes with a perfectly grilled tartine bread. omg the combo was great i felt like it was the perfect thing to complete the entire set minus the awesome sweet rice poof with vanilla bean swirl and frozen grape dessert with jasmine tea dessert at the very end. .: TV dinner at 900 Grayson :. fresh hawaiian Ono mashed potatoes baby carrots swiss chard mustard herb sauce. totally not what i expected the the fish was grilled to a perfection w a hint of lemon. it was a nice slab of fish well worth the pricetag. totally shocked at how good it wassunce it was called the TV dinner. .: Handrolls and uni for Saturday :. Had to try what SF Valencia St had to offer. Keep swiping --->> to see what ordered... me and @dvapam usually order toro and uni to judge sushi restaurants and I usually order unagi and hamachi and I'll tell you this... u will not be disappointed great quick and clean service presentation is dope and shit is stupid fresh cant wait to try their omakase menu next time. definitely try their uni its on like a tostones tempura crunchy thingy...(check out my snapchat story) everything was presented in a way that made me wanna come back for seconds due to quality and fresh cuts. #schmackin #bestfoodsf #igerssf #bestfoodbayarea #sushiporn #handrolls (at Sugoi Sushi)
