The images above are study models in progress of phase 2 mechanism about manipulation of simple form like a cubic from. The concept of these 2 models are about changing coordinates on the surface of a form in 3d space as the manipulation method.
The current state of the second model is still in progress to apply Eric Owen Moss design style in the mechanism. Throughout the phase, the model has have been developing to create a controlled conditions and system to articulate the concept of “Form Manipulation”.
The diagram below is a proposal and an attempt to clearly apply one of Moss’s design code about the juxtaposition of forms within a context by creating a background shape of the surrounding building that will dominate the manipulation of the inserting form of the cube for particular context.

Project 2.22: Habitat
The concept for the habitat is a weekend house for the owner who likes to live close to nature and interact with neighbours in the community. The house is designed for a typical single office male worker who wants to escape a busy, crowded urban lifestyle on weekends.
The structure of light columns and wooden floor plates combining with transparent glass walls, the architecture look almost invisible and becoming a part of the surrounding nature. The house is located near the main road so the design deals with privacy and visibility of the interior that has to be enclosed by other factors like vegetation, furniture and configurations while still remain the feeling of living among nature.
The owner also likes to live healthily therefore he plants fruit trees around the house to collect the products and also share them with his neighbours. He also provides some outdoor exercise equipments for those passing around and wish to stretch or warm up.

Project 2.2: Elemental World
This phrase of the project is about creating a space that gives the participants different experiences in the chosen element world (water world) that changes throughout time. Therefore I designed the space for experiencing different water showers with the sensory of touching, seeing and hearing the dropping water stream from the ceilings.

Project 2.1: Elemental Experience And Device
The project is about creating an instrument that allow a person to experience a property of a chosen natural element (liquid) and measure it. Therefore, I created an instrument to visually observe the property of viscosity of water, or generic liquid, by measuring different flow rates of different types of liquid that run down the 45 degrees angled surface inside the controlled environment of the tilted transparent tube. Apart from the different flow rates, different types of viscous liquid also have unique flowing stream contours which I later realised and decided to also document them during many experiments as shown on the table

Project1.3: Expansion
The final phase for project 1 is the project 1.3 where the formed cubic world has to be expanded into small fragments on the new field by employing an agentʼs action (shaking the field) to create an expanded state of the cube from a resting, contracted state. The relating geometry and the systematic installations of magnetic surfaces between the components of the cubeʼs fragments and the field help create the rules of dynamic connection that result into various logical random configurations of outcomes. This phase also adopts the internal system of connection and types of fragments from the previous phase but with small adjustments.

Project 1.2: Insertion
In the project 1.2, the internal system is developed from the previous phase and the idea of insertion is introduced as the ideal world is then inserting into an area of “the field”. As the fragmentsʼ types are evolved into 3 types with similar features to those in 1.2 but with more capacity of connections, the field is also applying the consistent geometries of the pyramids into its all units to enable the newly developed fragments to be inserted and form the cubic world inside the field.

Project1.1: System of Division
The cubic world requires a system of connection to interlock all 64 fragments together and form a cubic world. The fragments then are classified into 4 types that have relating geometries of projecting and recessing pyramid faces as well as serving different purposes to define the connecting directions and create a pattern of system inside the cubic world.
