so may egyptian theme yung universal studios, based on the mummy series of movies (yung kay brendan fraser). ang ganda nung place, with all the statues, sarcophagi, obelisks, and what-nots, medyo feel mo na kunyari nasa egypt ka nga talaga. and the return of the mummy ride, sans the 20 minutes of waiting in line, was just awesome.

parang nung isang araw lang, pinagtatawanan na ako kasi angtagal kong maka get over. nakakatawa na daw kasi ang tagal tagal na. hindi naman ako nainis, medyo nalungkot lang ako. kasi kahit papaano sana hindi nalang ako pinatawanan, na parang joke lang lahat ng nararamdaman ko. hindi naman ako nagpapapansin na as if gusto ko ito. god no. kung pwede lang kalimutan ko na siya nung nagbreak kami eh di sana ginawa ko na. hindi mo ako naiintindihan, please stop telling me that you do. because if you did, you wouldn't have laughed at me for being hurt.

why can't the catholic church have their idols like this? artistic and chillax. as in, if you're a kid and you see jesus on the cross with his wounds bleeding hindi ka ba mapaparanoid nun? i don't understand catholicism.

i like how buddha is portrayed. na parang at peace siya. indifferent, oblivious to everything. hindi siya glorified as much, parang you are still somehow at par with him. hindi mahirap abutin. maybe i should convert. haha.

buddha tooth relic temple and museum
located in the chinatown district of singapore, this majestic tang dynasty-inspired temple complex houses a relic said to be a tooth from buddha
when i saw this in the brochure at the airport, i needed to see the museum for myself beacuse i have this buddha fetish. haha. it was great inside, maliban sa malamig, madami talagang statues ng buddha, 4 floors ba naman. meron pa nung mga sobrang liit na 1000 daw in total. hindi ko nakita yung tooth daw kasi parang may mga sumasamba at the time, eh ayoko ng sumingit pa dun.

prince of wales hostel and pub
set along dunlop street, in the heart of little india, is singapore's most prominent backpacker district. the aussie prince of wales is one of theoe hole-in-the-wall bars perfect for chilling out after a long day of walking. it is modeled on the classic australian pub and in true australian fashion, the hostel is introduced via a bar, with a corner for the live bands playing everynight
maganda yung crowd dito, lahat nageenglish. haha. medyo mahal. a coke goes for 4 singapore dollars, in contrast to 7-11's 1.20.
