Island Counter Override (Island Living)

The most recent update fixed most of the issues with the Island Living Island Counter which came in an earlier update. 

However the end pieces were still ‘stretched’ and doesn’t look too great, which is why I created this simple Override with edited end pieces which allow it to seamlessly connect to the end pieces of the regular Island Living Counter. Everything else remains unchanged and functions as normal.
