Differences that warranted a translation change under the cut!

Maybe it's because i just got fresh off of watching Cowboy Bebop, but a lot of the ppl who seem disappointed w Lazarus are either unfamiliar w Watanabe's directing style or have grossly misremembered what his shows are like.

I've also read from quite a few different people that they're annoyed that not every episode seems to advance "the plot", that the stakes are too low. Which is a valid gripe to have, but again... the more episodic nature of this show is 100% just Watanabe's writing/directing style.

Axel and Christine sketch from this weekend. I had it in the drafts, haven’t been feeling my sketches lately, but I liked this one! I sketch during multiple re-watches. I like Lazarus, not the top Watanabe show, hard to top Samurai Champloo and Cowboy Bebop. However, it hits the music, vibe, and action I tend to enjoy on these late night, Adult Swim anime I sorely miss sometimes. To me, it's a vibes anime, so for that, I’m thankful. I’m intrigued by the mystery thus far! That keeps me very interested. The characters are a ton of fun to draw too. Also been Mia, job is busy busy! I'll post randomly tho! 🙏
