Heyyyyyyyyyy guess who's working on their first ever fanfictionnn

It's a cooltiger fic :))) of course :)) I'm a little nervous to share it :)

It's a 5+1 fic: "five times the Supa Strikas team suspects something going on between Cool Joe and Tiger and one time they get caught." I've only gotten so far as finishing the first part, idk if I'll put it up all at once or by updates but it will be on ao3 just cuz it's gonna be long. I was intending for a short oneshot but it kinda!! ran off!!!

Gonna put this snippet in read more. I'm not a writer so sorry if the format is bad! I'd love feedback especially when the full thing is out :3

“Guys?” He called out and walked in deeper when no one answered. “Tiger, Cool Joe?” Again, no answer. However, listening closely, he could hear a faint conversation happening in the kitchen. Before he could turn the corner to enter, Tiger walked out, slightly startled. “Ey, there you are. Come on, mon, the meat’s done grilling.” Tiger glanced between him and the kitchen. “Is Cool Joe in there? He ok?” Rasta asked, though Tiger didn’t look worried. “Yeah, he’s just…” Tiger’s mouth quirked up into a grin. “Processing.” Rasta raised an eyebrow, but Tiger just patted him on the shoulder as he walked past him to go out. Rasta called out to him, “Better hurry! I think they already ate half of it.” Out of sight, he could hear the hurried steps of Tiger running.

When he finally got a look at Joe, he was leaning back against the kitchen island. His hands held tightly onto the edges, his eyes staring intensely downcast, and while his brows were furrowed, he was still halfway into forming a smile. He looked wired up. Rasta knocked on the door frame, garnering Joe’s attention from whatever faraway distance he was looking at. “Hey man, what’s up?” Joe let out a small sigh on the last word, his frame losing some of the tension it had. Rasta went up to lean on the counter next to him. “Everyone’s enjoying the barbeque outside.”

“Oh, I’ll be out in a minute. I just need to—”

“Process?”

Joe rolled his eyes. “Is that what he said?” Rasta chuckled. Joe side-eyed him, that tension threatening to come back. “He didn’t say anything else, right?”

Rasta shook his head with an amused grin. “No, nothing.” He pointed at Joe, his hand motioning to point at his entire frame. “You do seem a bit intense, though.”

Joe crossed his arms. “Yeah, well, I’m dealing with a little issue right now.”

“I see, and what’s the issue?” Joe didn’t answer right away, and Rasta let the pause settle between them. Trying to get someone stubborn to talk about their feelings is a sensitive process, and Cool Joe is no different, so he simply waited for a response.

“So, like, there’s this person I’m into.”

Ah.

Coach:

Def the only one that knows how to parent properly

I think we can all agree his kid is healthy, both physically and mentally

His kid and shakes would have been BFFs if it wasn't for the unsolved mystery also known as ✨Jomo✨

His kid grew up being very well-mannered and healthy, but they aren't as vigilant as Coach BECAUSE HE IS COACH

Had a butch of rules: Come back home by 7 or 10 if it's a night event, need to meet your friends and their parents before you officially hang out with them, no skipping school etc..

I love the idea of him being a girl dad

The kid grew up watching a ton of football and playing with coach’s dog 

Coach definitely read a ton of those baby books and parenting material to prepare himself

Coach Del Aqua:

Honestly, I think he would be pretty decent when it comes to raising kids

Doesnt ever talk about his kid or family ever! He likes to keep things professional

I bet all the hydra boys thought he was gay until Ursela accidentally mentioned Del Aqua’s daughter/ son.

Mostly because he is so tired of Liquido’s shit that he doesn't need another reason to have a lecture on boundaries to his team

The players would hurdle up to him in shock, and all Coach would say is “Yeah, it's true. I just don't talk about home. Now, if I am not wrong, you guys are supposed to be doing your underwater training?”

“Strict” parent like coach

As an adult, the kid would probably just spawn at the floating stadium one day to visit father dearest *insert Pikachu shocked face of hydra players*

Sheikh:

Do I even have to say much for him? Of course, he spoils his kid. Of course his kid would be called the “prince”/ “princess” of Dubai.

I feel like he would be divorced and had only weekends to spend with his kis so those weekends would be luxury.

 (I think that Vince, Buddy, Coach black and Sheikh would most likely be divorced)

But as an adult, his kid would be spoiled and not rotten (if you know what I mean)

But when it comes to real parenting, he would be a natural

Reads bedtime stories, prepares the best nutritious meals and takes them out wherever they want as a father-child bonding time

So he may be like a child-friendly mobster in the show, but as a parent, he is really good.

He/She would end up in some kind of hospitality background just like his/ her father

Since SS doesn't really show the background of the coaches, I’d like to think that Sheikh owned multiple restaurants or hotels before he actually started coaching (idk how a person can jump from owning restaurants to being a football coach😭)
