Hey, Rachel here. I’m a 22-year-old Minnesnowtan who's in love with The Hunger Games, needtobreathe, cats, and pleasing sounds. I’m a music education major at Luther College (Decorah, IA). I enjoy the darker moments in life. I’m usually lonely. I have trouble finding my niche. I have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. I’d describe myself as accepting, musical, attention-seeking, hungry, and, most of all, tired. I love to chat with new people, so if you send me a message, I’ll definitely reply (anon or not). My blog has no theme or organization. It’s just capturing my feelings of the moment I’m in (which I think is lovely).

Quote
I commend to you this truth: The ultimate purpose of God in history is the display of the glory of his Son in dying for his bride. God has created man as male and female because there are aspects of Christ’s glory which would not be known if they were not reflected in the complementary differences of manhood and womanhood. Therefore, true womanhood is a distinctive calling of God to display the glory of his Son in ways that would not be displayed if there were no womanhood.
John Piper, sermon, The Ultimate Meaning of Womanhood (via biblicalfaith)
