PYRRHA :: Also: The Firstborn
Goddess of the Forge, Transactions, and Labor
Planet: Mercury Element: Chroma (Metal, Feminine) Associations: Creativity, invention, contracts, hard work, eldest children Symbols: II, The Peacock Copper, smithing, crystals/geodes, acorns (the Oak's firstborn), currency
The ‘firstborn’ of the pantheon, Pyrrha stabilizes the element of metal. She is seen as the symbolic mother of the three war gods, Heylus, Augurus, and Votivus, and considered a minor war deity herself as the protector of the general pantheon.
She is closely associated with phoenixes and peacocks. Legend describes that these firebirds were one of her creations, which she asked for their immortality in exchange for mortal renown in order to bless Avalon and his two brothers with it instead. Without their regeneration, phoenixes became the birds with the fine plumage known in the modern age.
Pyrrha is a patron of the working class and of metal smiths. While the second eldest is the deity of fire, forge fires are specifically attributed to Pyrrha.

WHAT IS A DRAKE?
Drakes are the common name for Arcadia’s unicorn-like species. They are a wildly diverse species, having very large ranges of size, shape, and color.
While they look deer-like in nature, they are actually draconic and possess certain traits closer associated with lizards. They are omnivorous (though can be voluntarily herbivorous), and always have a scaled back. The scale range can extend down the legs, but no further than the main body. Their scales have a velvety texture to them that allow them to blend mostly into the fur, though are highly durable and difficult to pierce. Fur covers the rest of the animal. They always have some sort of horn, which can be like that of a traditional unicorn or something wilder.
Drakes normally are not able to practice magic, though they do have their own innate abilities. All drakes can shapeshift exclusively into a human form, and are usually unable to make modifications to it. Most, at this point, have given up their drake form to live quietly amongst humans to avoid attention.
While they existed with humans harmoniously at one point, they are now considered mostly bad omens. Part of their legacy lives on in those with heraldic blood -- humans with a satyr-like appearance from previous species intermingling. These people are rare and mostly among nobility at this point.

SELEIL :: Also: The Inbetween, The World-Eater
Deity of Chaos, Destruction, and the Unholy
Planet: The Inbetween (Space) Element: Vocine (Void, Neutral) Associations: C, The World-Eater Shadows, blood-borne diseases, rigor mortis, unnatural death, comets, extraterrestrial phenomena
The primordial god. Existed before creation and will exist after. Is representative of ‘nothing’, in antithesis of Soleil, the representation of ‘everything’. It functions more as a force of energy and chaos than a typical god, though it can be called upon and frequently will prey on mortals that desire a higher power than the gods can give them.
Vocimancy is the only magic form that can be accessed by everyone, though at a cost. A small group of individuals have found it quite useful in furthering their goals of their kingdom.
Seleil wants nothing more than complete entropy, or chaos -- the absence of anything orderly. This would involve the erasure of both the celestial and mortal realms in favor of nothing but void. Seleil can exist in all spaces at once, taking any form or shape, sort of like a hivemind -- small manifestations plague villages and require magical assistance to dispel, though these are nowhere near as powerful as the full god.

SOLEIL :: Also: Theotokos, God-Bearer, King of Kings, God/Lord (in general use)
Deity of Creation/Destruction, Life/Death, and Duality
Planet: The Sun Element: Sanguine (Blood, Neutral) Associations: The beginning and the end, sunrise and sunset, birth, death, and rebirth, motherhood and fatherhood, prosperity Symbols: I, The Draconic Stag Gold, apples, athames/ritual knives, the infinity/ouroboros symbol, oak trees, sunflowers
The primordial god. Existed before creation and will exist after. Is representative of ‘everything’, in antithesis of Seleil, the representation of ‘nothing’. It functions more as a force of energy and creation than a typical god, rarely communicating with anyone, god or mortal. Those that are blessed with Sanguimancy rarely are guided like those blessed with other elemental powers.
Other gods may interpret the will of Soleil, though whether the sentiment is genuinely believed or not is hard to tell. Soleil does have a motive, though it mostly simply manifests as keeping the physical world in order and keeping Seleil from achieving entropy.
If Seleil was to ever destabilize the element of Sanguine, reality would most likely fall apart. This does seem to be the eternal dance these two higher beings partake in -- the push and pull of everything and the space in between.
