05.06.21 Excellent running morning. Did 20 straight mins at 6, walked for 5 then finished strong doing 6 & 7 mph. It makes a difference when I wake up early.

05.05.21 Cinco de Mayo, whatever that means. All in all a good effort, did slightly shorten it so I could hit wally world before work because of the chlorine shortage.

05.04.21 My diet has been trash, last night I had an episode that I’m not sure I’m over. But for this exact moment, I ran 20 straight minutes at 6mph so for now I feel good.

04.29.21 Draft Day!!! I had a late start to the run but turned in a very solid 20 min straight at 6mph effort. Which is like a 4 minute mile in treadmill time haha

04.28.21 Another ā€œstrongā€ day on the weights. The key is how motivated am I between sets. With only 30-35 minutes, I’m finding that if I take the true rest in between individual sets I only have time for 3 or 4 exercises. I need to double up on exercises then rest.

04.27.21 The road to recovery from last week’s break continues. I did a strong 10 minute and separate 5 min run at 6mph. 2 miles to start the day and will add at minimum 2 miles at lunch.

04.26.21 It was a long week with family in town and some very long nights of ND Day. So I basically took a week off. Got back at it today with a very strong workout!!!

04.15.21 Solid run. 15 mins at 6 mph then 5,6,7,8. Started watching Rome on HBO and am almost done with episode 1. Decent so far but can tell it was produced years ago.

04.08.21 Benadryl hangover, mom in town, early work time for spring break means I didn’t do anything yesterday. Today I still work the early hours but was able to get some kind of run in. Not the best but was decent for the abbreviated amount of time that it was.

04.06.21 5,6,7,8!!! Decent bounce back run. Had to wake up early again and battled allergy scratchy throat all night but I feel good, I feel strong. 13 or 14 consecutive mins at 6mph.
