The enchanting name – ‘Sri Ram’ has a magical spell that creates an eternal sensation for us. The word Ram stands for someone who is supreme power or the absolute one. Sri Rama is not only regarded as divinity but he is the symbol of sensitivity for Indian ethnicity and spiritual heritage for unknown period of time. As per our mythological sources, Lord Rama was born in the era of Treta and he was the seventh incarnation of Lord Vishnu who is known to be the redeemer of the whole Universe.
He embodies truth, honesty, generosity, benevolence, and responsibility and courageousness altogether. Born in a royal family, Sri Rama was free from majestic extravagance that life had offered him.  He lived with his principles and virtues that had made him a living God when he actually existed.
As per the mythological and Vedic studies, Ram was born in the royal family of Ayodhya to King Dasharath and Queen Kaushlaya some 7000 years ago which was calculated as 5114 BC, Shukla Paksha, on the ninth day of chaitra Navratri. Following legendary beliefs, whenever there will be injustice or inequality on this earth, the Saviour, Lord Vishnu will descend to save humankind, to do justice and honour truthfulness. Rama was born in the age of Treta to fight against immorality and wickedness.
Rama, the eldest son of the royal family was endowed with selfless love, compassion, and respects for everyone, for him his step mothers Mata Kaikeyi and Mata Sumitra both belonged to the equal level of respect with his own mother. He had pledged that being the successor of the royal dynasty he would never be biased and the residents of the legendary city of Ayodhya would never face injustice or inequality. Ram faced the hardest ever situation when his step mother Kaikeyi conspired against him and planned for his exile for 14 long years. Rama was the son of the soil and he loved his people from the core of his heart. He was in distress when he had to get separated from his family and the natives but to honour the wishes of his step mother he never retreated from his decision.

Sri Rama was accompanied by his wife Sita and his step brother Sri Lakhsmana, during his exile of extended 14 years. A prince lived in the midst of woods and renounced every magnificent luxury of life. Lord Rama’s life is considered to be a greatest ever teaching that negative situations or hardships may come to all but bearing that pain with smile is what we should focus on. He sacrificed his own happiness for the sake of others and that was the justice that he decided to do for all instead of facing sufferings. He has always been revered during all ages and distinctively called as Maryada Purushottama. This is to clarify that Maryada means 'limit' and Purushottama stands for 'the greater than the greatest man'.
Being the seventh reincarnation of Lord Vishnu, Rama could live a happy life but he chose to live the life of a simple human being who experienced pain and agony throughout his life. He lived with his virtues and taught us how to sacrifice life for the sake of others and how to show mercy. He showed what selfless love could be. He also proved that his love for his wife Sita was pure but he was committed to his promises and sacrificed his beloved also.
Sri Rama is not only the divine authority but he is the mirror reflection of common human being who has to go through all agonizing phases of life. Lord Rama should exist forever in our soul  with his purity.

Hindus celebrate Chaitra Navratri nationwide with enormous endeavors. This year the celebration began on March 22 and ended on March 30, with the grand ceremony of Ram Navami. It is believed that  on the ninth day of Chaitra Navratri, Lord Sri Ram was born and that day is regarded as  Ram Navami in the country.
Chaitra Navratri concludes on this day and we celebrate the arrival of Lord Shri Ram, Vishnu's seventh avatar. Devotees of Maa Durga and Lord Ram perform lots of religious rituals on this day. They arrange for havans, finish the nine-day Navratri fast, visit temples, wear new garments, and more.
Ram Navami Date 2023:
The Hindu calendar places Chaitra Navratri in March or April. This year, Ram Navami falls on Thursday, March 30. Lord Rama was born during Madhyahna, the Hindu midday.

History and Significance of Ram Navami 2023:
Lord Rama is a model of truth, righteousness, virtue, bravery, courage, and duty. The seventh incarnation of Lord Vishnu was born in Ayodhya to King Dashratha and Queen Kaushalya in the Tretha Yug. The Hindu epic Ramayana celebrates Lord Ram's birth on Ram Navami. Vratha Katha depicts the story of Ram Navami - since they couldn't have children, King Dashratha and his three queens—Kausalya, Kaikeyi, and Sumitra—performed the Putra Kamesti Yagna on Rishi Vashishth's advice. The three queens received Lord of Yagna-blessed kheer after the yagna. After eating the kheer, the queens conceived, and Queen Kaushalya gave birth to Rama on the ninth day of Chaitra.
Rituals of Ram Navami:
It is advised that drinking Panchang  is an essential part on that day and devotees may go for fasting  for one day. They should worship Lord Ram, recite and listen to the epic Ramayana, celebrate the ceremonial marriage of Lord Shri Ram and Lady Sita, organize Ram Navami processions, and perform a havan before breaking the fast.

The Noida authority has recently announced plans to dissolve 30 Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs) in the 30 sectors of Noida, which has caused panic among the affected RWAs. The authority has sent a letter to the Deputy Registrar of Meerut requesting action to end the existence of these 30 extra RWAs, as there are already 120 RWAs present for the 90 residential sectors in the city. The authority claims that these extra RWAs often create conflicts, which can lead to problems.
However, the RWAs have different opinions on the matter. Pulkit Gupta, general secretary of RWA sector 51 block A&B, stated that it is not easy for one RWA to manage a big sector like 51 and that every sector has different geographical structures and problems, which cannot be measured by a single parameter. He also said that they will check if the authority can dissolve a registered RWA according to laws.
Sanjeev Kumar, general secretary of RWA sector 51 block C, D, E & F, welcomed the decision of the Noida authority, but also stated that practically, it is not possible for a single RWA to manage a vast area like sector 51, which is around 4-5 km. He also blamed the Deputy Registrar for registering all the RWAs.
Also read: Department's misunderstanding leaves residents in lurch in Noida
K.K. Jain, general secretary of FONRWA, said that technically, the authority was right and that there should be only one RWA in every sector to avoid chaos and contradictions between RWAs.
Abhishek Kumar, President of NEFOWA, disagreed and said that it was a wrong move taken by the authority as one RWA cannot manage a vast area alone. He suggested that the authorities should rethink the matter and that they would write a letter to the authority regarding this.
Laxmi Narayan, President of RWA sector 19, welcomed the decision of the authority and said that they have been demanding it. He also suggested that there should be only one RWA in the sector to make it easier to work and avoid contradictions between RWAs.
The authority has emphasized that in reality, there should be only 90 RWAs in the 90 sectors of the city, and action should be taken to end the extra RWAs in the city.

Noida will soon have its first-ever international cricket stadium, giving residents the opportunity to enjoy international cricket matches in their own city.
On Tuesday, the Uttar Pradesh Cricket Association (UPCA) approved the construction of an international-level cricket stadium in Sector 150 of Noida. In addition to international-level cricket matches, IPL matches will also be played in this stadium.
The committee of the UP Cricket Association has approved the proposal for the construction of the stadium, which will be located near the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. Once built, it will be the fourth cricket stadium in the state where international-level cricket matches can be played. Currently, there are two international-level cricket stadiums in UP, located in Kanpur and Lucknow. A new big cricket stadium is also being planned for Varanasi.

Apart from hosting international matches, IPL matches and domestic-level cricket matches will also be played in this stadium. The Uttar Pradesh Cricket Association has announced that the stadium will be ready within the next three years. Tata, Godrej, Birla and other developers have also been given the green light to build this stadium on March 17. The upcoming stadium will have all the international-level facilities and a seating capacity of 40,000 people. After Kanpur, Lucknow and Varanasi, Noida will become the fourth city in Uttar Pradesh to have an International Cricket Academy. The UPCA has already acquired all the land necessary for this project. Additionally, the association has expressed interest in building another stadium in Ghaziabad if the land is available.
Greater Noida already has a cricket stadium that has been recognized by the International Cricket Council (ICC). In 2016, the ICC gave its official recognition to the Shaheed Vijay Singh Pathik Cricket Stadium located in Greater Noida. This cleared the way for organizing international matches, but so far, not a single international match has taken place in this stadium due to various reasons. With the construction of an international stadium in Noida, many international cricket matches, including IPL, will also be organized here.

During the holy month of Ramadan there is a tradition of having meal before sunrise and this is traditionally called Sehri. Because of the summer period of this year's Ramadan, it's especially vital to eat hydrating and nutritious dishes during Sehri.
Although the purpose of the celebration is to strengthen one's faith and purify the body via fasting from dawn to dark, it can be exhausting for those who aren't well-prepared. The first meal of Ramadan is called Sehri (or suhoor) and is eaten before daybreak. The second meal, iftar, is eaten at sunset.
However, the physical demands of fasting during this holy month should not be underestimated. It can be challenging to maintain a healthy routine throughout Ramadan in the summer, what with the heat of the day and the late hours of darkness.
Drink a lot of water
Sufficient water intake during suhur is a simple yet crucial strategy to maintain hydration. Multiple studies have shown that a minimum of nearly 2 litre of water is necessary to maintain adequate hydration throughout the day during the summer fast. The key is to take it easy and not gulp it down.

Eat light and healthily
During Sehri, one should eat a small, nutritious Meal. If you believe that stuffing your face will keep you going all day, you're mistaken. The secret is eating a high-fiber diet that will keep you going strong all day long.
Eat yogurt every day
A small amount of yogurt may be all that's needed. Yogurt is an excellent choice to round out your Sehri lunch because it calms your stomach and stops acid production, both of which can lead to dehydration.
Dating is essential
Since the time of the Prophet Muhammad, it has been customary to incorporate dates in Ramadan meals. In terms of nutrition, dates are highly recommended when fasting because of their high levels of copper, selenium, and magnesium. They aid in providing energy because they are high in glucose.
Go to bed early and get up early
Sufficient sleep is the cornerstone of physical health. There are several advantages to starting the day early. So, getting enough sleep is essential for maintaining physical health during fasting. The most significant meal of the day, suhoor, is eaten before sunrise during Ramadan, therefore getting up on time is of the utmost importance.
Eat less sugar, salt, and spice
Reducing the amount of sugar, salt, and spice in your meal may help you retain less fluid. The sodium in these foods contributes to a healthy fluid balance in the body. The cells of your body lose water when you eat foods heavy in salt, which causes you to feel thirsty shortly after.
Some watery, juicy fruits to be included
You may stay hydrated all day long if you include water-rich meals like cucumber and tomato salad and juicy fruits like watermelon, oranges, kiwi, and more in your Sehri meal. These are only a few suggestions to make the holy month's fasting more manageable. Adhering to these measures will  protect against dehydration and any other complication.
