personally one of my favorite confluences of saw and iasip is when I learned that glenn howerton once met a woman online (?), invited her and another female friend of hers over, showered with the two women AND rob mcelhenney but DID NOT have sex with any of them, and then he took this woman out to see saw 2 or 3 (timeline unclear) in theaters. as a date. that was an historical moment.

thinking about pre-s1 macdennis, the movie fight club, and the impact fight club (as well as other films of the "so misogynistic that it feels homoerotic" action hero era) had on boys like mac

i finally finished making my macdennis playlist :3c
i could talk about the song choices for about forever, really, so i will spare you the painful details.
they are mostly 70s, 80s and 90s songs (i think i may have put one or two 2000s) and are based on how i think the lyrics match their dynamic (in my eyes, at least). Also, i was trying to choose these songs based on what i think they actually would enjoy listening to - yes, it was pretty hard T-T, but i think it was worth it. Of course, mac's musical taste (for what we know) is kinda... questionable (creed), so i obviously didn't rely too much on it.
you can listen to it whatever way you like best but listening to it without shuffle is my recommendation since i ordered the songs based on the main macdennis events. :D

episodes that i think every tv show should have:
timeloop
whodunit
musical
beach trip
random genre change (especially if it's to a noir detective thing)
one where they get randomly meta and fourth wall breaky but then never acknowledge it again
one where something happened but we as the audience don't actually get to see how it happened and only see it through the unreliable narrated flashbacks as recollected by the characters
