Sunglint on African River
NASA Astronaut Terry Virts took this beautiful photo. He states that it is a sunglint on a river in Angola.
Sunglint is the mirror-like reflection of the sun off of the water directly back towards the camera. The color of sunglint depends on the roughness of the water, the angle of the observer, and the angle of the sun; for example, sunglint during sunset will look gold, rather than silver like this one does.
The silver-appearance of the river as it cuts through the brown and green landscape certainly makes for a striking image. I can’t help but think that nature is trying to remind us that water is more precious than silver or gold.

Some Days
Some days are rougher than others you know in sobriety and inrecovery not everything is peaches and cream some days are fucking hard to deal with. You lose the girl you lose the bike you lose the job living situation fucks up. It happens its what you do with it that truly matters. Are you going to fuck your life off even worse than it already appears to be or are you going to pray for the people or things that are hurting you. Are you going to retalliate and do wjats been done to you back to the world or are you going to suffer with grace. Today i failed, i didnt get high but i definitely did not suffer with grace or anything even close to it. I kicked screamed and shouted. Thats ok i was able to recenter and realign myself with the will of God and step out of the will of myself. For this i am grateful the program has taught me to live in that place when all around me seems to be failing. I must trust the proccess and move forward through life with grace and an attitude of gratitude. Today was major. One things that constant i can rely on is CHANGE

So i see it too often everywhere i look people being "people"to each other asking for connectivity with insults behind them looking out to connect to just be a DICK. Like yes we see you you are OLD as dirt and you think your music is so much better and because youre old somehow ot belongs to you. Yes dude i see you in the barbershop there talking shit hold on wait nigga yo ass i bald why are you even in the barbershop. Too often i see negativity spread from one brother to another brother sister to another sister. They reach out because their soul and spirit desires connectivity however their hearts and minds have been so muddied up by society and they way that we treat one anothet that they think true connection comes from acting like a ________ fill in the blank with whatever you want its what they are its who they are. Path of Least Resistance
So in life i have found that the best paths are the one that traveled with at the least resistance. What do i mean by that exactly well, if in going through life when living in righteousness and doing the next right thing you find those in your path expecting you to overperform. Dont. Be yourself. Be who you truly are and dont change for anyone regardless of the situation continue moving forward through life and remember where your loyalties lie. For instance i made it into the place where i am today following the path of least resistance and only allowing those that are going to add to my spiritual journey into my reticular activating system. This is very crucial to a happy existence along with functionality of your being and all tools involved not holding resentments being of service to those around you and allowing GODS will not youre own to take control. Even in simple matters. Because what starts out as small and simple can snowball into an effective force that can seriously damage your livelihood and well being. So be careful in allowing your emotions to control your first and foremost thoughts then followed by words then very potent your actions. Live in Gods will and things that would normally bother you and cause you stress no longer exist or matter anymore. Anyway you can express yourself in order to deal with your emotions do it. Dont be caged by your own thoughts for they only stop you from being the full and loving person we can all be capable of being. Thanks everyone have a great day and GOD BLESS YOU

This rat race that we all take a part in running in can get quite crazy especially in America we are constantly being pumped with fear fear fear cut to commercial. Buy this product or the girl wont like you drink this brand of alcohol and life will look like this. Drive this car everyone will love you, youll be party rocking with Tiesto and Marshmello with some giant hamsters. Back to scheduled programming fear fear and more fear. Its this constant cycle of keeping you afraid and pushing their products fueling this capitalist consumerism society we live in. Go out there and actually live put down the phone go to an art museum catch some live music go to a park/swimming hole with a sexy friend get a tan make some music make love make good make do make time make money make art inspire creativity in others by being the light to lead all out of the darkness. Nice things are nice to have im not saying dont purchase your enjoyed favorite products however, dont base your life and create judgement and distinction between yourself and others based on are the wearing the right label does their watch have the crown does their car have the horse and if it doesnt it means im better than you. We can be better than that as a society as a group as a people and as a species in this universe. Lets shape up to show out
