Installation

1. Strong Practicability and Wide Application Range
The 8910 Preconcentrator uses the classical 3-stage module (two cryogenic traps and one cryofocuser). Coupled with a new generation of advanced H2O & CO2 management technology, its preset methods for TO-15, PAMS and sulfide analysis can fully meet the requirements of US EPA methods without any changes or accessories upgrades.
The 8910 Preconcentrator creates negative pressure for automatic suction and injection of samples, and has an advanced high precision flow control system operating range 5-120mL/min with ±2% accuracy.
The 8910 Preconcentrator has a standard total volume injection range (4-2000 mL). With a quantitative ring injection valve, the minimum injection volume can be as low as 0.2mL, allowing a total volume range to be 4 orders of magnitude.

SUMMA Air Sampling Canister – Bute Instruments
Canisters are used for the collection of TO-14 and TO-15 compounds, as well as all other air samples. The canisters are the most important part of the whole air VOC analysis.
SUMMA Air Sampling Features
1. The canister’s inner surface adopts innovative ultra-inert technology (chemical vapor coating) and ultrasonic technology and therefore no adsorption of VOCs to ensure sample stability and recovery. ppb level sulfur, nitrogen compounds and polar (aldehyde, alcohol, ester, ketone, ether, etc.), non-polar compounds can also be collected easily and losslessly, and stored for a long period.

Tedlar bags are recommended in many US EPA methods including TCLP and methods TO-3 (VOCs), TO-12 (NMOC), TO-14A (VOCs), TO-15 (VOCs), ASTM D-5504 (reduced sulfur compounds) and a variety of atmospheric gas methods.
The Nutech Tedlar bags are made up of Polyvinyl Fluoride (PVF) film of 2 mil thickness and its heat resistance temperature is 150℃ to 170℃. Generally, it used for the gas analysis application in the hot stack and industrial chimneys where the temperature of flue gas is very high. Due to its high resistance to the heat, this is the ideal sampling bag in these conditions.
