Extremely filling low cal wrap 99 cals
Ingredients;
50 g champignon mushrooms- 15 cals
Handful spinach - 7 cal
Salt reduced stock cube(optional, this made it way too salty in my opinion) -8 cals
Handful of lettuce-5 cal
5 olives - 20 cals
Smoked Paprika
Directions
Pre prep my 56 calorie tortilla (link) https://cooking-tobe-thin.tumblr.com/post/613348565308325888/56-calorie-tortilla
Slice mushrooms and spinach
Add them too a frying pan with stock cube and paprika(stock cube optional or maybe use half as it was very salty)
(Optional)Once it’s fried up spread a line of your choice of sauce on tortilla
Place lettuce and olives on tortilla
And then scoop the cooked spinach and mushroom onto the top

I made myself a caramel coffee with whipped cream. And I was like THIS SHIT, THIS WHITE SHIT RIGHT HERE?! IS GOING TO SET ME BACK JUST BECAUSE I WANT SOMETHING ✨AESTHETICALLY PLEASING ✨. So I checked the back to make sure I knew the damage I was doing and BAM! All my worries disappeared. The whole canister is 340 calories. That’s technically a whole day of snacks(snacks to me are 50-350kcal). It’s vegan, so no sluggish feeling that’s associated with dairy, and it’s super light and delicious! It’s roughly $3.50-$4.00 so I consider that pretty affordable 🤷🏾‍♀️. So if you fuck up the whole thing, just know, you’re going to be okay☺️💕✨

I’m planning out my “safe foods” for when I have day that I have a bad episode it takes a lot of the stress out of deciding what to eat when i’m going to eat.
Pint of water, juice,diet coke or pepsi,energy drinks coffee, tea, milkshake.
USE SWEETENER MORE.
Fruit and veg -raw.
Soup (minestrone ,veg ,butternut squash , lentil -add lots of cayenne pepper)
Sushi
salad
quorn ham
danish/weightwatchers/crustless break
crispbread and marmite
stuffed peppers
quiche and salad
Omelette made with egg white
cup a soup
cucumber+iceberg lettuce with cayenne pepper and sea salt
greek yogurt (w honey+pineapple/ banana/ peach/ pear)
humdinger fruit gummies (veggie and 4.7 cal per sweet = 57cal packet)
Un flavoured popcorn
ice pops

This is a list of foods that are “safe” foods, they help metabolism, provide a lot of vitamins and minerals, and help keep the body free of toxins and other chemicals that cause weight gain or fat storage. It’s meant to be used as a cleanse diet to get away from processes foods and the sluggish feeling that comes with not eating healthy. I thought it was nice to have a list of a ton of foods I could eat and not be afraid of the effects. Tailor it to your calorie limits and create a healthy menu for yourself. You’ll find that you can eat more for fewer calories, and the calories you’re eating do more good for your body. Having a list of safe foods helps fight binging, because you aren’t always thinking about what you can’t have and instead can think about what you can have!

some tricks i use
> chamomile tea helps with a bloated stomach (you can also use it as a steamer if you have a cold, just put the hout the in a bowl, put a towel over your head and inhale the steam for a few minutes)
> green tea boots your metabolism and keeps you awake 
> lavender tea is good for insomnia or anxeity
> instant soups can be helpful if you’re craving something savoury
> if you’re tired of drinking plain water, make it fancy with some lemon juice or mint leaves
> freeze lemon water and suck on it if you’re craving something
