Stations of the Cross 8 - 14 exhibited in The Chapel.
These submissions followed a series of informal group discussions based on themes of Catholicism, women and abjection.
The women included my friends and women that heard about the project and contacted me with interest. The women range in diversity (all aged between 20 and 72). Several of the women are atheist and several women are Catholic.
There were more than 14 women involved with the informal group discussions in total, however these were the 14 Stations of the Cross chosen to parallel with the aesthetics of the Catholic church.
All the women agreed to submit one message to me online summarising their thoughts, experience and new found knowledge of Catholicism as a woman.
