When Did You Get Here
Chuuya had a problem. Actually he had many problems, but there was only one that he truly cared about. That problem was Dazai and Mori was making him fix it.
Ever since the tenuous alliance between the ADA and the Port Mafia was established, Dazai had started randomly breaking into the PM bases and acting like he owned the place. He would hold conversations with mafia members and would act like an idiot. One day he released a bunch of balloons into Chuuya’s office and had duct taped his computer shut. So far he hadn’t done anything that could break the alliance but Mori didn’t want to risk it. Dazai always had a plan and he had to be stopped now.
That was why Chuuya was being forced to kick Dazai out. He found Dazai talking to some guards, saying something about a dog or some shit. Whatever. Chuuya didn’t really care. He was only doing this because his job was riding on this. Without breaking a stride he grabbed Dazai’s arm and dragged him toward the exit.
“Chuuya~” Dazai sang, looping his arm around Chuuya’s like they were best friends. “What are you doing here?”
Chuuya growled. “I know you keep doing this just to make my life harder, bastard.”
Dazai ignored him and slipped out of Chuuya’s grasp, running down another corridor. Chuuya fought the urge to break his neck and chased after the idiot. He dragged him back by the collar of his coat.
“Oh relax for once,” Dazai said but he didn’t fight back this time. That sick bastard. He looked like he was enjoying this.
They stayed quiet until they finally reached the exit. Dazai was grinning like an idiot. Chuuya flexed his fist. “Stop breaking in and leave me alone,” Chuuya spat and chucked Dazai outside onto the street. He slammed the door shut without checking to see if Dazai was okay. He turned around and almost ran into Kouyou.
“I will never understand the logic behind this type of flirting,” she sighed before walking away.
Flirting? Unless someone could flirt with knives Kouyou was off her rocker.
…Actually-
Holy shit he was not paid enough for this.

The Wonder Twins (Chapter 1: Make a Wish)
Allegra and Felix had been best friends for as long as they could remember. It was just how things were. Their parents said that they were acting as all children do when they finally meet someone their age: form a friendship because there is nothing else better to do. That once they grew up and went to school they wouldn’t even remember each other. But the pair didn’t care what their parents thought. To them it was real.
Despite their parents’ best efforts to keep them apart so they could “grow out of childhood illusions”, they were put into the same class, year after year. It was almost like the universe had other plans for them. Everyday after school they would meet up to do their homework together. The would sneak into their parents’ wine cellars and steal bottles just to say that they could. They would stay up all night, watching the stars in Allegra’s backyard where there wasn’t that much light pollution. When they were together it was like they could forget the increasing pressure put on them from society and their parents and just be themselves.
One warm summer night, Allegra and Felix laid down on a hill, looking up into the stars They were quiet, something that did not happen often. Allegra looked over at Felix, who was ripping apart a blade of grass. There was obviously something wrong.
“How long is forever?” Felix asked, breaking the silence.
“Well, it’s forever. It never ends, I guess. It just keeps going on and on.”
“We- we are going to be best friends forever, right?”
Why did Felix feel like he had to ask that? “Of course we are, Fe. Nothing could ever separate us.” She smiled at him and he gave her a little one back.
Felix pointed up at the sky, where a shooting star was flying past. “Make a wish.”
Allegra wished for the normal things that a child wished for. An ice cream cone, a pony, that her parents would love her.
“What did you wish for?” Felix asked.
Allegra paused. Thought. “That everything could stay like this forever.”
Forever.
They fell quiet again. It wasn’t until what felt like hours later that Felix said, “I’m moving.” It was so quiet that Allegra almost didn’t hear it. She froze. Looked over at Felix. Who was crying.
Some people think that the universe is kind and benevolent, giving us friends and family out of the goodness of its heart. But in that moment Allegra knew the truth. The universe is cruel. It gives so it can take away.
She shook her head. “No. You can’t be.”
“Mummy wants us to be closer to my uncle because of some business deal that they have, so we are moving to Paris.
No. This couldn’t be happening.
“We are still going to use the mansion, but it will just be a vacation home. It’s not like we will never see each other again.” He tried to give her a reassuring smile but it came out as more of a grimace.
The universe is greedy. It takes what it can: our memories, our lives, our happiness. It gives us a false sense of security and then crushes it before our eyes.
They stayed there until the sun was well over the horizon. A week later Felix was gone. He never came back. After his father died a few months later, his mother couldn’t stand the thought of going back to the empty house, so she sold it. Forgot about it. Like the family that lived there never existed.
Allegra and Felix moved on. Pretended to forget about each other. About the friendship they used to have.
Eventually you will forget the promises you make, whispered in the times you thought anything was possible. You won’t remember the birthdays and the times you snuck out of the house. The memories will fade until its like they never really happened.
It turns out that forever does have an end, and there was nothing they could do to stop it.

Sure, everything seems fine when you first start dating, and then the marriage comes. Yeah, we probably should have told our parents about that. Or at least revealed our identities to each other so we could get married in our civilian forms. Well, too late now. :)
So, next step. How to make sure your parents don’t kill you when you first tell them how you are pregnant with a guy you don’t know.
In my defense, I technically don’t know his name.

The Stranger
i know for a fact that i posted this a while ago but tumblr ate it or something so im posting it again
It was the night shift and barely anyone was inside the café. Luka absentmindedly played with a pen as he waited for his shift to end. He couldn’t wait to get home.
The door opened, snapping Luka out of his daze. A lone person walked in, all dressed up in a suit and tie at 2 am in the morning.
“One earl grey tea, please,” the customer said, yawning. A streak of dirt was on his face.
Luka silently made the drink. He handed it off to the stranger and they parted ways without saying a word.
…
Luka had seen stranger people during his night shifts, so the man from early soon left his mind. He had better things to think about anyway.
A month later, Luka was back on the night shift. He was left alone because his coworker bailed to go to some party on the other side of the city. That meant that Luka was going to be by himself for the next eight hours with nothing to do. Yeah!
Barely anyone came in, but right at 2 am the same guy from before walked in. He was still wearing a suit, almost he was about to go to a fancy ball but had to stop and get some tea.
“An earl grey,” the man said.
“Sorry, but we don’t have any more. Can I offer you a coffee instead?”
The stranger glared at Luka. “Coffee? Coffee? Are you trying to kill me? You dare suggest that I have that drink that thinks it is better than tea?”
“Chill out, Dude. It was just a question.”
The stranger grunted.
“Well, what can I get you?”
“Not coffee.”
Okay, time to get a hot chocolate for the grump, he thought.
He made the drink, putting just the tiniest drop of coffee in there just to spite him, and gave it to him. “Here’s your order.”
Maybe it was just the sleep withdrawal or the caffeine deprivation (he probably shouldn’t have made that bet with Lila) but Luka couldn’t stop staring at the strangers lips for a moment. He ripped his gaze away and turned around, blushing like a madman. What is wrong with me?
“That will be £1.52, I mean £3.52.” Luka silently cursed himself as he stumbled over his words. What was wrong with him today?
“Don’t even bother,” the stranger said. “You aren’t my type.”
Luka’s jaw dropped. “Excuse me?”
“You heard what I said. I don’t need people chasing after me.”
“I wasn’t thinking of ’chasing after you.’”
“Which is totally why you were staring at my butt.”
“I wasn’t- Whatever. It doesn’t matter.”
The stranger raised his eyebrow but didn’t push it. He sat down, had his hot chocolate (which haha had tea in it), and left the shop. Luka went to clear the table, but he found a number written on the receipt.
‘Okay I lied, you are my type.’ A number was written under it. ‘Ask for Felix.’

This Is Me
“Hey look Mommie! It’s that model from all the ads! Adrien Agreste!”
Felix ducked his head and walked past the kid and his mother. He gritted his teeth. This is why he hated Paris. Everyone thought he was him. And everywhere you looked, he was there, mocking him with his perfect grin. As Felix passed an ad he casually flipped Adrien off. And it wasn’t like he had done it to the real Adrien. Yet.
Adrien was in every way perfect. Why can’t I be him? I should be him. His hair always fell into place. His teeth were perfectly straight. Felix doubted that he ever had a pimple before. He was a selfish brat who wouldn’t even show up to his father’s funeral last year because he just didn’t care.
No.
No, that wasn’t right. It was never actually Adrien’s fault. It was Felix’s. He wasn’t good enough, didn’t try enough, so of course something had to be done. He brought this upon himself.
The nice terrible thing about Felix and Adrien looking alike is that no one could ever tell the difference between them. If you just swapped outfits, Adrien became Felix and Felix became Adrien. Perfect Adrien. Gullible Adrien. Felix didn’t know what Gabriel had been thinking that day but he took one child home with him and it wasn’t his son. My father left me my father left me my father left me.
Did Amelie know? No. Was she in on it? Does she know she doesn’t have her perfect child anymore? Would she hate me if she found it? He severely doubted that anyone would have trusted his three year old self saying he wasn’t the real Felix. And children were meant to be seen, not heard. Any chance to say something was eaten up by stern lectures about propriety. Sometimes it felt like he was another decoration in the mansion, and that if anyone looked too long they would see his flaws. I have to keep up the act. No one could see the cracks. I won’t be a disappointment again.
What hurt worse was that his cousin was always complaining about his life. He had everything! He was the chosen child. He got the money and the fame and the life that Felix should have gotten. He was so ungrateful and Felix hated him! I love you Adrien. I love you so much. Father is tearing you apart. And despite everything he’s done Adrien still pretends to not know what he did. Adrien was there! He was there when Gabriel led them away from the party. He was there when they were told to change into each other’s clothes. ‘It’s just a trick on your mothers,’ Gabriel had said. ‘They won’t even notice the difference.’ Father I hate you I hate you I love you.
Amelie was expecting Felix to be at the party tonight, the one at the Agreste mansion. The one where everyone would tell him that he looked so much like Adrien. That they were wondering where the real one was. That blimey, they sure do look alike but we both know who got his father’s genes. Would they even notice if I left? Would they care? I could take out enough money to get by on. Find a place where Adrien Agreste doesn’t exist, where Felix Graham de Vanily doesn’t exist, where I don’t have to be anyone but me.
He couldn’t disappoint Mummy by not showing up. He had promised to go. Besides, it was only one night, how bad could it be?
It was so bad. I should have left when I had the chance.
A Graham de Vanily does not draw unwanted attention to themselves. They do not throw a fit when things do not go their way. They hold their heads up and pretend not to notice. He was not the son of a common man. He had to act according to his status, or he did not deserve even the Graham de Vanily name. I can’t lose my name again no matter what..

thank you to coco_latte116 on ao3 for betaing
“Pound it.”
Ladybug and Chat Noir had just finished fighting Mr. Pigeon for the 75th time. Honestly, Shadowmoth should just get a life. This was getting ridiculous.
Chat Noir’s ring beeped, telling him he was about two minutes from de-transforming. “See you soon, M’lady,” Chat said with a bow.
Ladybug rolled her eyes.
Chat Noir ran along the rooftops. This akuma attack had been a nightmare with his feather allergy. Did Mr. Pigeon really need to turn the buildings into pigeons this time?
Chat Noir was so zoned out that he didn’t notice the person creeping up behind him. Something hit him on the back of the head and then all he knew was darkness.
…
Chat Noir woke up in darkness. The darkness was tangible and it surrounded him on all sides, suffocating him.
“Ladybug?” he screamed. “Ladybug. where are you?”
Chat Noir stood up but something stopped him. A wall. Chat Noir pounded his fist on it, still screaming Ladybug’s name.
“Adrien,” a voice said in the darkness, “She can’t hear you.”
A window in the room opened, allowing the sunlight in. The wall that Chat Noir was banging on was made out of plexiglass. Wait, Adrien.
A figure appeared in Chat Noir’s vision. Shadowmoth.
“What-” Chat Noir stammered.
Shadowmoth smirked and held up a ring. “Looking for this?”
Chat Noir’s eyes widened. That was his ring. He looked down at himself. He was de-transformed, inside a box, and Shadowmoth had his ring.
The realization dawned upon him. “No.”
Shadowmoth laughed. “Oh, yes. I think this means that I win. All I need now is Ladybug’s miraculous, but that should be easy enough without you.”
Adrien backed up into another plexiglass wall. His breaths grew quicker. He was boxed in.
“What?” Shadowmoth asked. “Claw-strophobic?”
“Nononnonononono.” Adrien slid down the wall, his head in his hands.
Shadowmoth let out another deep, hearty laugh. “As much as I enjoy this, we do have business that has to be done.”
“What are you going to do to me?” Adrien whispered.
“Oh, nothing. I just need to keep an eye on you so you don’t ruin the plan. Now watch.”
Shadowmoth grabbed a feather from his fan. He placed it in Adrien’s ring and watched it as it turned purple.
A concentrated look fell onto Shadowmoth’s face. A purple blob appeared in front of Shadowmoth, which was slowly being molded into a form. Within less than a minute Adrien’s face was staring back at him. Adrien’s face in a white mask and suit.
“Chat Blanc,” Shadowmoth said to the sentimonster, “I am Shadowmoth. Ladybug is vulnerable right now. Take her miraculous from her.”
“No!” Adrien screamed.
The sentimonster looked over at him with a smirk. “Okay, Shadowmoth.”
“You can’t do this, Shadowmoth.”
Shadowmoth walked towards Adrien so his face was almost pressed into the plexiglass. “I am already doing this. You can’t stop me. I am going to win this war.”
Adrien pounded on the plexiglass again, trying to punch Shadowmoth’s face. His knuckles were cracked and were leaving bloodstains on the plexiglass.
Chat Blanc merely smirked and jumped out the window.
…
Ladybug paced the length of the roof. Chat Noir was supposed to meet her there for patrol half an hour ago. Where was that mangy cat?
“Hey, Bugaboo.” Chat Noir’s voice.
Ladybug turned around angrily. “Don’t call me-”
The person behind her wasn’t Chat Noir. It was Chat Blanc. He had been akumatized.
“What is it?” Chat Blanc asked while swinging his tail. “Cat got your tongue?”
“Chat, what happened to you?”
“Oh, do you like it? I got a makeover. I think I look better like this. What do you think?”
“You’ve been akumatized.”
Chat Blanc smirked. “Give me your miraculous. It will make this a whole lot easier.”
Ladybug grabbed her yo-yo. “I don’t know what happened but I am going to save you.”
“I don’t need you to save me, Bugaboo.”
…
Adrien watched the fight happen in horror. The news was already covering the story and Shadowmoth connected a TV so they could both see the fight.
“It’s not me, Ladybug,” Adrien sobbed. His voice cracked. He could feel the tears coming.
…
This was Ladybug’s Chat Noir, but yet it wasn’t. He was akumatized. He was in the clutches of Shadowmoth. Ladybug had to break him free.
Chat Blanc attacked first. Ladybug blocked the attack with her yo-yo. Chat Blanc lashed out with his fists, hitting her on the side of her head. Ladybug grabbed onto his wrist and used his momentum to flip him on his stomach.
“Back down, Chaton.”
Chat Blanc laughed. He kicked her on the knee, bending it backwards. He stood up and threw his staff into her stomach while she was still off balance. Ladybug crashed into the side of a building.
Ladybug cried out in pain. One of her ribs felt broken.
Chat Blanc slowly walked up to her. His usually kind face was twisted into a sneer.
Ladybug swept her leg under Chat Blanc’s feet and he went crashing to the ground. Both of them stood up at the time, cautiously waiting for the next move.
“Cataclysm,” Chat Blanc whispered. The white energy curled around his fingers, pulsing with destruction.
“What are you going to do with that?” Ladybug asked, her voice strangely calm.
Chat Blanc tried to grab her with his cataclysm. She dodged. He came again. Ladybug slid on the ground, narrowly missing his hand. She grabbed his leg, trying to trip him. Chat Blanc fell down beside her.
He gasped out in pain and everything went still.
“Chat?” Ladybug asked.
His breaths grew ragged. He rolled over onto his back.
Ladybug stood up and walked towards him. His hand was on his chest and the cataclysm was gone.
Chat Blanc smiled weakly at her. “It was an accident.” He looked down at his chest. “I guess this is the end.”
Ladybug fell on her knees. “No. You are going to be okay.”
Chat Blanc’s hands shook as he reached up to hold Ladybug’s head in his hands, carefully making sure to not touch her earrings. “I love you, you know.”
Ladybug nodded. “It’s going to be okay. Lucky charm.”
A fork fell into her hands.
“Okay, Chat,” she continued. “Where is your akuma?”
Chat Blanc shook his head. “I don’t have it.” His cough was raspy.
“It’s okay.” Ladybug threw the lucky charm into the air. “Miraculous Ladybug!”
Nothing happened.
“No,” Ladybug whispered. “ That should have saved you.”
“Ladybug,” Chat Blanc told her, his fingers crumbling to dust, “Please don’t leave me.”
Ladybug nodded, tears forming in her eyes. “I won’t. I’m here. I’m going to stay here.”
Ladybug stayed there and watched as Chat Blanc slowly turned into dust. Chat Blanc gently pulled Ladybug’s head to his chest, kissing her hair. “Please don’t leave me.”
Tears were now dripping down Ladybug’s cheeks. “I’m here. I’m not leaving you. I’m not going to leave.”
“You know, you really were the best partner-”
Chat Blanc’s chest collapsed into dust. Ladybug could still feel his kiss on her head.
That was when Ladybug snapped. She curled up in a ball, tears pouring down her face. She buried herself in the dust, the last connection she had to her Chat.
Because she was the reason he got cataclysmed.
She killed Chat Noir.
…
Adrien was pounding his fists on the plexiglass, screaming that it wasn’t him. He was still fine. That it was just a sentimonster. But she couldn’t hear him. She didn’t know.
Years later, long after Shadowmoth had disappeared without a trace, Ladybug still didn’t know. She never found out that her cat was still pounding on the glass, screaming at her that he was still there.

A New Song
thank you to @to-be-frank-i-dont-care for beta reading!!!
“Paris, my name is Forte.” The akuma tugged on the collar of their suit. “For too long people have been listening to modern music rather than the classics. People prefer to listen to songs that are completely electronic than to works done by Hayden and Mozart. This shall happen no longer. I am-”
Ladybug jumped down on the rooftop where Chat Noir was already waiting. He was barely visible in the dark, but she could always find her kitty. Because he was a very good friend. Not that there was another reason.
Ladybug looked over at the villain who was still monologuing and then over at Chat Noir. “How long has he-”
“Ten minutes. Ten minutes listening to him say modern music is crap.” Chat Noir subtly rolled his eyes.
“Well, he must be fun at parties.”
Chat Noir laughed. “He hasn’t even attacked anyone yet. He should be easy to defeat.”
Ladybug smirked. “Let’s get this over with.”
The two of them jumped to the street below. Parisians sat in their cars, honking their horns because the roads were blocked. No one was fazed that there was a supervillain.
“Oi, Falsetto,” Chat Noir called out. “Shows over. It’s time to pack your bags.”
Forte looked over at them. His mouth twisted into a sneer. “My name is Forte. For too long-”
“Yes, we get the picture. Modern society has destroyed music. No one cares for the classics. Oh no!”
Ladybug stifled a laugh. Chat Noir always looked so cute whenever he got annoyed. CURIOUS. She meant curious. It was always curious to see a different side of him.
Yeah, that was exactly what she meant… Totally… Because she was in love with someone else and that person happened to be Adrien Agreste who was in no way Chat Noir.
Ladybug was glad that Chat Noir couldn’t read minds because he might have gotten the wrong idea. In no way of the word did she find him cute. He was anything but.

The Foolproof Way to Keep Your Marriage from Your Parents (Arson Edition)
okay, first thing you need to know about this is that i was blackmailed to write this by one of my friends who will remain unnamed *cough* samantha *cough*
the second thing you need to know is that im not even going to bother editing this. it’s… it’s something
so yeah first
Emma stepped out of the time portal into her kitchen, the dim light of her house a sharp contrast compared to the sharp white of the portal. She could see her family, including herself, in the other room. In approximately 5 minutes her parents would realize who each other were.
She could not let that happen.
As she stood watching them, she realized there was only one thing that she could do. There was only one way to stop her parents from realizing who each other were. Like they also say, there is no problem that can’t be solved by arson.
Emma opened the cupboards, hoping to find a match lying around. She sighed in frustration as she remembered that they had just run out a few minutes ago. Of course her father had to like scented candles.
Fine. She would have to steal Louis’ flamethrower.

The Fool Proof Way of Keeping Your Marriage From You Parents Part 3
first next
16 year old Emma was furiously writing down ideas in the living room when her father walked in.
“What are you working on?” Chat Noir asked.
“I just got an idea for a book. I think I’m going to call it ‘The Miraculous Tales of Ladybug and Chat Noir.”
“Oh? You are going to write about how me and your mother defeated Shadowmoth?”
Emma stopped writing and stared at the piece of paper which was filled with notes like ‘They still don’t know who each other are after 19 years of being married!’ and ‘How tf did they accidentally get married to each other. Again.’
“Yeah, something like that.”
…
“Okay, Plan 324 for getting our parents to know who each other are.”
All three children sat in Louis’ room, trying to come up with yet another way for their parents to realize who each other were.
“Okay,” Louis said, “How about we just call them Marinette and Adrien until they figure it out.”
“I like it,” Emma agreed.
…
“Hey Adrien,” Hugo asked the next day at lunch, “Can you pass the salt.”
Ladybug smiled and shook her head. It was good that the children had accepted Adrien into their family, though she didn’t think she would have to explain that Adrien was not Chat Noir.
…
“Marinette,” Emma yelled from her room, “Where did you put my fencing uniform. I can’t find it.”
Chat Noir smiled as he drank his morning coffee. What were the odds that the love of his life and his very good friend had the same name?
…
“Okay, Plan 593: stealing their miraculous in the middle of the night and making them wake up together without the costumes.”
…
Marinette was running late to a meeting that morning and was out of the house within a minute. Adrien’s brain just straight up didn’t work in the morning and he didn’t even realize he wasn’t wearing a miraculous until 11 AM.
…
Plan 1027. Blackmail.
The children didn’t want to use this option, but they had no other choice.
…
“Dear Ladybug and Chat Noir,” Ladybug read, “Paris has had it too good for too long. If you guys don’t reveal your identities to each other by the end of the day, then I will melt the Eiffel Tower with acid and nothing will be left. Sincerely, Hawkmoth II.”
Ladybug looked up at her children. “Say no to terrorists, Kids.” She grabbed a match and the note went up in flames.
…
Ladybug, Chat Noir, and the kids were sitting in the living room when Ladybug looked up at her husband. “You’re Adrien, aren’t you.”
Chat Noir nodded his head. “Marinette?”
“Yeah.”
The children, now 19, 18, and 16, stared at their parents in anticipation. They had been waiting for years for the reveal, and they wanted it to be amazing. They wanted to catch every emotion.
They were not expecting their parents to show absolutely no emotion.
Emma stormed out of the room and came back with the rabbit miraculous. “We have been waiting for this for too long to just be happy with this for a reveal. We are going to do this again, and we are going to get this right.”

Idiots Say What
so a bunch of people on ao3 asked for a sequel of ‘the fool proof way of keeping your marriage from you parents (and other lies you can tell yourself) so here it is. no promises of it being the same as the first.
