The bad thing is that, reverse is also true : negative thoughts can put you in problem. So make positive self-talk, its vital in our daily life.

I found this little poem written in my notebook in the midst of a bunch of scribbles and I really liked it, which is rare!

I think that maybe I liked it because I don't really remember writing it and now that I'm looking more into the poem, I'm starting to second-guess it. Is this what being a writer really is?

I would like to share the importance of Hanuman Chalisa of LORD HANUMAN 🙏

Hanuman Chalisa is a popular mantra written by Indian saint Tulsidas in the 16th century to praise LORD HANUMAN for his courage, strength, wisdom and devotion to LORD RAM. As the name suggest 'Hanuman Chalisa' is a hymn consisting of 40 poetic verses and is meant to praise and invoke LORD HANUMAN the GOD of INFINITE POSITIVE POWER, WISDOM and THE DESTROYER OF EVIL.

Hanuman Chalisa helps you overcome your fear, keeps evil away, generates positive vibes and most importantly gives you the much needed inner strength and power to overcome obstacles in life. It is advisable to recite Hanuman Chalisa every morning or whenever you feel low or scared. Believe me you'll get an inner energy to overcome any problem.

It is best to visit a Hanuman Temple every Saturday and recite Hanuman Chalisa by offering banyan leaf garland and sesame oil mixed with black lentils ( in India we say black urad dal ) and vermilion (i.e sindoor) to invoke LORD HANUMAN and be blessed by the Divine.
