Touch Down Stuffed Mini Peppers
INGREDIENTS:
* 1 large bag sweet mini peppers (2 pound bag)
* 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
* 1 package of bacon (cooked and chopped)
* 1 tablespoon Tabasco
* 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar or pepper jack cheese
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Remove the cream cheese from the fridge and let it sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes. This will make it easier to mix with the other ingredients later.
2. Meanwhile, cook the bacon until it’s crispy. I prefer to cook mine in the oven set at 375 degrees on a foil lined baking sheet for about 20 minutes (flip it half way through).
3. While the bacon is cooking, cut the tops off of the mini peppers and clean out the seeds.
4. Once the bacon is done and cooled a bit, use a large knife to chop it into small bits.
5. In a medium to large bowl, use a spoon to mix together all of your ingredients except for the mini peppers.
6. Use a small spoon or mini spatula to stuff the mini peppers with the mixture.
7. That’s it! Enjoy.

Stunning views from one of many lunches. This was in a quaint town of Montegrosso in Asti. Had an al fresco lunch at Locanda del Boscogrande. Situated in the high hills of Gods heavenly greenery. Simply stunning views. This was a perfect day to enjoy outdoor lunch with the relaxing view of the Monferrato hills, this little gem was a renovated country house with an excellent balance between culinary quality and they also offer comfortable rooms. ♥️🇮🇹

A visit to Consorzio di Asti for a tasting of Asti Dolce, Asti Secco, Moscato d’Asti DOCG was exquisite👌🏻✨ This consortium was founded in 1932 to promote the beloved Asti. It has laser focus mission, to protect, improve & promote the value of Asti and Moscato d’Asti, in Italy and around the globe. Made from the Moscato Bianco grape, it is sweet and often served with dessert. Unlike Champagne, Asti is not made sparkling through the use of secondary fermentation in the bottle but rather through a single tank fermentation utilizing the Charmat method. It retains its sweetness through a complex filtration process. Moscato d'Asti is made in the same region from the same grape, but is only slightly sparkling (frizzante). Vineyard Landscape of Piedmont: Langhe-Roero and Monferrato was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This landscape covers five distinct wine-growing areas an important site both in the development of vineyards and in Italian history. I love sweet wine. This visit was such a treat for me.

Oh TRUFFLE, some call it the Rolls Royce of the culinary world. The locals call it the white truffle of madonna, the ONE ingredient that garners prestige, ahhhs and speaks of elegance, whenever its name is mentioned. The White Truffles of Alba, also known as trifola d’Alba in the local dialect of the Piedmont region of Italy, are some of the rarest, most expensive and most delicious ingredients in all of Italy, if not the world. ✨ #TrueItalianTaste #IfFoodCouldTalk #ExtraordinaryItalianTaste #luxurytravel #luxurylifestyle #affluencer #hauteliving #truffles #food #travel

Explored the grounds of Castle of Pollenzo, a neo-gothic architectural complex. Pollenzo acquired its medieval look by the influence of King Carl Albert of Savoy, who summoned the most famous artists of his time to work over the Church of San Vittore, the Cascina Albertina, the castle and the Agenzia. Today Pollenzo is the home of the University of Gastronomic Sciences, the first university completely focused on food culture. It was established in 2004 and it has become one of the main international centre of research and training about new agricultural methods and biodiversity. #TrueItalianTaste #IfFoodCouldTalk #ExtraordinaryItalianTaste #luxurytravel #luxurylifestyle #affluencer #hauteliving

Tonight was an exquisite experience. A beautiful ride up the hills of Piedmont and cruising through charming little towns on the way to Castiglione Falletto for a wine tasting of Piedmont’s crown jewel, the Barolo red. Followed by al fresco dinner with a castle in my background and stunning vineyard views, an outstanding meal “Langhe in Tavola”(Langhe in the Table) prepared by gracious host at Cantina Comunale di Castiglione Falletto. It was a long day but a beautiful one. Another day of adventure in Monterosso d’Asti tomorrow. Buona notte 😘♥️✨ @trueitaliantaste #TrueItalianTaste #IfFoodCouldTalk #ExtraordinaryItalianTaste #luxurytravel #affluencer

Here for University visit, cooking demo & workshop plus we get to cook! (Pictured - our masterpieces!) University of Gastronomic Sciences, the biggest of its kind in the world, teaches food from all places around the world. Anything you can think of about food, it’s taught here. Located in Polenzo(a UNESCO heritage area) they offer masters in food culture, world food culture & mobility, sensory analysis, creativity, ecology and education & EcoGastronomy in cuisine. 🥂 My palate is incredibly overwhelmed at the moment and it’s only halfway point in the itinerary. Our visit culminated with a lunch at Le Tavole Accademiche. It is so true, food evokes emotions and our well-being demands it. 🥂 #TrueItalianTaste #IfFoodCouldTalk #ExtraordinaryItalianTaste #luxurytravel #affluencer

Beer, it’s not synonymous with Italy but a visit to Le Baladin was so informational and caught me by surprise. Italy is already well into its third millennium of wine making, so it’s not surprising that such an ancient beverage industry would influence the country’s craft beer production. Only in Italy that a wine bottle is use to bottle a beer, love LOVE! 😊 Le Baladin is a cornucopia of rich history. The old Cantina Baladin, the Baladin Hotel and the brewery is so full of visual drama and historic musings that left me so intrigued. Original pub with a circus theme, Le Baladin Hotel with themed rooms and interiors packed with random flea market finds & 16th century stable turned into brewery. This place absolutely left me mentally exhausted IN A GOOD WAY. 😍♥️ #TrueItalianTaste #IfFoodCouldTalk #ExtraordinaryItalianTaste #luxurytravel #affluencer #InfluencerAwardsMonaco, #iam

A lunch a visit at this charming farm to table restaurant and organic farm @cascinarosabio - I had the best gnocchi EVER the best one I’ve had in my life. Made with Castelmagno di alpeggio and it truly elevated the flavor to the umpteenth degree. It’s remarkable how much attention they put in each and every meal. If food could talk it would have said “it’s ok to cry” it’s.that.good. ♥️ #TrueItalianTaste #IfFoodCouldTalk #ExtraordinaryItalianTaste #luxurylifestyle #luxurytravel #affluencer

A Guided cheese tasting and a visit to La Bruna a dairy farm that produces world-class cheese and with a rich historic past. The famous Castelmagno DOP is their crown jewel. Located in Monterosso Grana, a small and ancient hamlet immersed in a serene valley bordering France. Pictured here are La Bruna’s future cheese makers & it all started with their grandfather Magno since the late 19th century. Most of the cheese you see in this cellar are already sold. As they say the secret ingredient is always CHEESE and this Castelmagno is truly a gem 🧀✨✨ #TrueItalianTaste #IfFoodCouldTalk #ExtraordinaryItalianTaste #luxurytravel #affluencer
