Raised in a family of familiars, all of his family found their partners quickly and early in their life. Everyone except Colin. Finally tired of waiting for him, Colin was kicked out and forced to leave until he found his partner. Still searching he wonders if he'll ever find his partner. [[Roleplaying account]]

Colin gave a small shrug. "I've only ever heard of witches being masters..."

Colin changed quickly into his cat form and waited for the door to open. People tended to let cats in better then humans. Plus he figured he was cuter that way. When the door opened, he meowed and rushed inside between the other's legs.

Hael heard the bell of the homeless shelter ring, looking around to see no one there she stood up from the worn down armchair she had been sitting on. Opening the door she said “Hello?”

"It's a-" well the other seemed to figure it out some how. He frowned. "Yeah...I would, if I had one." He shoved his hands into his jacket and looked down. "I just haven't found my witch." He was embarrassed now. Normally familiars had partners by this time.

So the guy wasn't freaking out. He cleared his throat and nodded. "Yeah...I'm a familiar." He gave a small shake of his head. "No...not pathetic." He looked around the room, having a better view of it now. "You just seem...sad."

Colin put his hands up. "I was...the cat." He mumbled lamely. "I-um..." Had never done this before. "My name is Colin."

This guy was sorta sad. He pounced away from the other and into another room of the place he was in. If the stranger wanted to know so badly he could show him his true form...right? Colin changed into his human form, brushing his hair back with his fingers. He moved out to go see the stranger. Colin had never been so glad to actually have clothes in his human form.

He meowed softly and watched the other. Colin wondered if the other would actually believe that could happen. He wasn't sure if he could just show himself though. What if the other freaked out?

He purred when the other cradled him in his arms. It was nice to get some affection from someone. Colin heard the other say he was pregnant and looked up and tilted his head.

The familiar meowed happily, finishing up the tuna. He mewed at the other. Maybe the other ha been lonely, and that's when Colin started feeling slightly bad. He was going to have to leave him too. He padded over to him and rubbed his head on the other's side.

Dean pet his hand over the cat’s back, walking towards the kitchen then sitting the cat on the counter before getting out a can of tuna and opening it, spooning it into a bowl and putting it in front of the cat. “There y’go, buddy. Let’s hope Crowley doesn’t mind you being here, yeah? It’s too damn cold for you to be wandering around outside.”

Colin mewed in response, actually thanking the other. His tail swayed side to side as he moved over to the bowl and began to eat the tuna. He actually din't mind tuna, it was better then if the guy gave him cat food. Or threw him out. He stretched his legs out at the mention of the cold. It was actually really warm in here and Colin liked it like that.

Colin purred when the other cradled him, and looked around the room when they entered. It was already warm, which made it nicer then being outside. He meowed and looked up at the other. Luckily for him, cats didn't have taste buds so he wouldn't have to taste anything the other fed him. Not until he turned in to his human form which he only planned to do when the other slept or left.

Colin's tail wagged back and forth and he meowed happily when he was picked up. When the stranger asked him if he was hungry he mewed in response. It was pretty easier to get in here, or so it seemed. It was better then being kicked away.

Being a familiar came with all kind of perks, none of which Colin knew yet. He hadn’t found his partner, which his family didn’t find too great. He had been going from family to family, waiting for them to leave and then taking food from them without them even knowing. Colin would leave the house without another look back. He didn’t like that leaving but it was better then dying in the cold or starving to death.
Today was another day like that. It was raining and he was hungry. He slipped into his cat form and moved quickly up to the house. Meowing at the door, and scratching at the door. Hoping they would be nice enough to let him in.

Colin hopped up onto the bench, meowing at the man sitting on it. His lack of home meant lack of food and lack of warm places to stay. If only he could find his witch, he would have a home to be in. Colin pawed at the other, only giving a disappointed meow when the other got up and left. This probably meant another night trying to find at least something to eat.

It was raining and cold. Colin hated days like this, his ears down as he crawled away from the pouring rain. He moved underneath a small roof, looking around to see where he was. Some motel. Maybe he could get a free stay with a family. He meowed loudly, putting his paws up on the door. Scratching a few times.
Maybe the people inside would give him some food. It was better then staying out in the rain. Being a familiar, he should have a witch to take care of him, but he didn't have the best of luck. Instead he was forced to do this.

Colin mewed almost helplessly as people passed him in the street. He knew he had to turn on the charm in the cat form to be able to get to someone's home. Which meant he could take some food, get a nice warm home for a few days and then skip out. It had become a thing for him. The only way to live. He had to search for his witch, and that meant no time to spend with these nice families.
He pounced from his spot on the sidewalk and started purring, rubbing against people's legs. All he needed to do what get a nice person to pick him up. Or a kid. When someone stopped he purred and pawed at the other's leg.
