Friend got me the audiobook of Darkstalker for the holidays and I decided to try and use it as background noise while I was working

I knew that audiobooks weren't really for me already? Reading is easier than listening for me. But like it was fine background noise... up until I got to my chapters >.> I missed one complication.

I'm Clearsight. And that isn't what father sounded like... the voice is all wrong.

Is that when I look at them I see Darkstalker & myself. And despite everything I still dream about the futures where things worked out.

The worst part about this

Is that my response to this is incredibly Glory.

"What? I don't have feelings, you're totally wrong." WHICH IS EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED LAST TIME. I fretted over every single possible future as Clearsight until it was so painfully obvious that I was her that I couldn't escape anymore. But NO. I am NOT Glory. We're NOT supporting this, we are going to go ignore it until it goes away.

This may be too general, but how do you think you'd get allong with each of the dragonets of profecies? and speaking of them, cricket is technically some degree of great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-greatdaugther, right? do you think the bookish goes on the genes? :P

Hmmm, that's an interesting question...

Assuming my reputation hasn't been completely tarnished by Darkstalker interfering in their lives, I imagine we'd mostly get along fairly well. I'm very impressed with what they managed to accomplish; they've made the future brighter all on their own. I think Sunny especially would like to hear that.

As for Cricket, as much as I would like to think I inspired it, her bookishness is definitely from her upbringing first and foremost xD

As far as I know, no dragon's ever had visions with quite as much clarity and precision as I do. I imagine that won't be the case forever, but the nature of these gifts is like the moons; ever changing.

... Ironically since coming to Pantala I've needed reading glasses though.

Clearsight !! How did you feel about Whiteout? (If you met her :])

She was very nice!! I couldn't say I always understood her, but she was fairly sweet and I think she liked me. :)

I wish I could have said goodbye under less dire circumstances... Just one more thing Darkstalker's actions robbed us of.

At least she has Thoughtful; my visions of her future with him were very bright.
