Greetings! We were wondering if you could write us a template for a headmate who helps us cope with being triggered almost 100% of the time. (We've recently moved into a living situation that, while good for us, is also very triggering due to a disorder we have.)

They would naturally have the comforter role, as well as likely the symptom manager role, and any other roles you see fit. Preferably non-human or heavily connected to their kintypes.
