(x_x) Setting the stage (x_x) pt 4
On March 18, 1994, Courtney Love calls 911 and claims that Kurt Cobain has locked himself in a room with a gun and is suicidal. When the police arrive they question both Courtney Love and Kurt Cobain as to what had occurred. Courtney Love admits that she lied, that she didn't actually see Kurt with a gun and that Kurt did not claim that he was going to kill himself.

She claims she lied because she was worried about his well being after he locked himself in the room. Kurt Cobain informs the police that he was not suicidal and that he locked himself in the room to get away from Courtney as the two had been arguing. The police issue a warning to Courtney Love about making false calls to the police. The officers confiscate several guns Kurt Cobain owned as well as "unknown medication" before they leave. (This is believed to be his medication he was prescribed for his stomach, i have talked more about this is previous post using Kurt’s journal as reference)
up next ”the intervention” & rehab

(x_x) Setting the Stage (x_x) pt3
In March, 1994, after the Rome Incident, Kurt Cobain contacts the family attorney, Rosemary Carrol, and asks for a will to be drawn up excluding Courtney Love. During this time frame Courtney Love also contacts Rosemary Carrol and asks her to find her a divorce attorney and to inquire if it was possible for her to get out of the prenuptial agreement she had with Kurt Cobain.

****Note: Kurt and Courtney had a prenup. The details of the prenup are not known but it is safe to assume that if Courtney Love was attempting to get out from under it that the prenup did not favor her. Ironically it was Courtney Love's idea for the prenup as she believed that she would be the one to become famous and wealthy. The above photos were taken in 1994 of Courtney wearing “Kurt’s Jacket” notice what she wrote in the heart?”

Jessica Hopper (Ex GF of Michael DeWitt) -Listen (audio only) of Jessica Hopper being asked a simple question she has answered before in the past. This time, she puts on the tears, and states Kurt was “like family” to her. All the while being very defensive about a simple question asked by a journalist. (The question wasn’t anything friends of Kurt haven’t answered. “What was his mood like?”)

Setting the stage (x_x) part2
A few hours before Courtney arrived at the hotel she gave an interview to Select magazine. During the interview Courtney Love brought out a box of rohypnol and placed it on the table in front of the journalist. She then popped several of the pills. Rohypnol is considered a "date rape drug" as side effects from ingestion include incapacitation and anterograde amnesia. The prescription was in Courtney's name. March 3, 1994 Kurt Cobain overdosed at his hotel in Rome, found unresponsive, and was admitted to the hospital. Kurt was rushed to the Umberto I Polyclinic Hospital, and had his stomach pumped. He was in a coma then transferred to Rome American Hospital, where he regained consciousness later. When awake and able to express what took place, Cobain was adamant that this was not a suicide attempt. That he simply wrote Courtney a letter (regarding a divorce he was seeking), gathered their money and was going to leave.. next thing he knew, he is in a hospital with tubes in his nose and he is being told he almost died. Cobain had called his attorney Rosemary Carroll and asked for her to draw up divorce papers two days prior to this event.

As a matter of fact, her story changed a few times about the time of morning she found Kurt unresponsive. Was it 4:30 am or 5:30 am? (Love awoke the next morning at about 5:30, Cobain was lying on the floor near the bed in a coma. Between 6:00-6:30 A.M., The Excelsior front desk employees receive a frantic call from Love summoning an ambulance for an unconscious Kurt.) Courtney stated they had both went to bed, he wanted to make love but she was too tired, and telling Kurt no made Kurt upset, so he got up, and took a large amount of pills and alcohol after she had went back to sleep. Then she woke, and found him unresponsive. (Time of finding him is sketchy) she also had a full face of make up freshly applied- as seen from a photo taken when she was in the back of the ambulance. Lipstick looking every bit of just applied. (View photo of Love with fresh make-up at 6:30a.m after apparently trying to revive her husband. In 1994, the paparazzi wasn’t hunting down the Cobain’s in Rome. Tom Grant has proved that Courtney Love made that phone call from her hotel room.)

we have Kurt taking Rohypnol (Flunitrazepam) which was Courtney’s prescription of pills, with alcohol. Rohypnol can’t be tasted, or smelled in a drink. There was also found to be a pediatric anesthesia (chlorylhydrate) in Kurt’s system.(reported, and released by the media in 1994) Courtney said he took 50-60 pills. That would mean Kurt had to unwrap each pill,(they are individually wrapped) thus clearly a suicide. YET the Doctor that treated Kurt, Dr Galletta said Kurt did NOT ingest that amount of pills, and he was familiar with suicide attempts, and the overdose was NOT a suicide attempt. He stated Kurt was not, and did not seem suicidal at all. What do we have? 1. Kurt gave Courtney a letter that said he wanted a divorce 2. Kurt ends up in a coma from ingesting Courtney’s Rophynol 3. Courtney doesn’t give a clear time she found him 4. Courtney has time to get her make up on after finding Kurt 5. Courtney lies about how many pills Kurt took 6. Courtney, and Kurt & friends say it was an accident. 7.Courtney tells the press after his April 94 death it was his first suicide attempt. 8.Courtney destroys the letter Kurt gave her in Rome. 9. Michael “Cali” DeWitt was present at the hotel in Rome Later Detective Tom Grant, and Dylan Carlson find more of Courtney’s Rohypnol between the mattresses at Kurt’s home in Seattle. Kurt had diazepam in his blood, along with heroine(at the time of his death April 1994) It would be interesting to know if there was Rohypnol in his system too. It wasn’t a suicide attempt. It was in my opinion attempted murder. ———-making it appear as a suicide by overdose if he died . It’s just happens that Kurt woke up a few days later. Perhaps – speculation on my part – but perhaps drugging/overdosing wasn’t going to be enough. Someone made sure the next month, April 1994, that he wouldn’t wake up. Rarely does anyone wake up from a lethal dose of heroin, and a gunshot would to the head. Next March 18th incident. see part 3

Setting the stage (x_x) Part 1
On May 2, 1993, Courtney Love calls 911 and reports that Kurt Cobain has overdosed on heroin. When the police arrive Courtney admits that she has drugged Kurt, while he was unconscious and without his consent. The drugs she allegedly administered to an unconscious Kurt were Valium, Tylenol with Codeine, Benadryl and an injection of Buprenorphine (a synthetic opiate). Courtney tells the police that she administered these drugs to an unconscious Kurt in an attempt to save his life. None of the drugs that Courtney administered could have helped with an overdose of heroin. However, the drug cocktail that Courtney administered could have actually killed him. Courtney Love was never investigated for her actions.

The police report was censored, having the paragraph of where Courtney admitted to drugging Kurt and the drugs she used, blacked out. The contents of the censored portion were leaked to P.I. Tom Grant by an anonymous informant. The identity of the person in the Seattle Police Department who censored the police report is not known; however, P.I. Tom Grant believes that Det. Terry, one of Courtney's friends, censored the police report after Kurt's death.
For the record, Courtney Love freely admits she drugged Kurt Cobain and she believes her actions saved his life.

June 4th 1993, (MONTH AFTER THE ABOVE) Kurt Cobain was arrested after Seattle Police responded to a domestic dispute at the home Cobain shared with wife Courtney Love. Cobain claimed that reports of him choking his wife were false, and that police were called because they were playing music too loudly. Cobain stated that the only argument that took place did so in front of the officers and was over who was going to jail that evening, him or her. Love told police about guns being in the house and they were immediately removed. Cobain spent three hours in the local police holding cell until things could be cleared up. For more see Seattle Times

It wasn’t until three months later the charges were officially dropped.

In this evidence inventory form, we noticed that everything on the scene is in an unnatural position for a left handed person, such as Kurt. Although everyone knows the shotgun shell was on the wrong side of the room for the side of the shell ejection port on the model gun used, indicating it was flipped over after the gunshot. However, all of the items on the floor were to Cobain's right, an anom...aly, since we would most likely have subconsciously placed them on his dominant hand side, especially on a high dexterity activity like shooting up. He also, most likely, would have used his left hand to push the trigger, as that would be his natural trigger finger hand. Finally, THERE'S DNA TESTING NOW. Test those cigarette butts!

IMAGES 1&2 This page, from the book, "Journals" by Kurt Cobain p. 213, is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT TO THE CASE. PLEASE READ IT ALL. Kurt emphatically insists that he realizes the responsibility of fatherhood and would never leave Frances. The text of the letter puts its date of being handwritten by Kurt in March of 1993. If Kurt felt this strongly about Frances' well being, which he also expresses in the death note, how can we really believe he left her forever on purpose? IMAGES 3 This is a page ( p. 249) from 'Journals' by Kurt Cobain, possibly overlooked by the editor, or juicier yet, left in for someone to find. Did Courtney steal Kurt's diaries and other personal artifacts to hide away and sell in the future, indicating she knew they'd be divorced or more likely, he'd be dead? The Publisher, Riverhead Books, received the diaries from Courtney Love, making it obvious who had actually hurt Cobain as much as indicated in the text. STRANGELY, Kristen Pfaff also had MISSING Journal pages. SOURCE: http://honorkristenpfaff.com/about/ Quoting the Seventh paragraph down "Strangely, when police arrived (after others had been to the scene), they found pages missing that were torn out from her journal that was next to the bathtub. Kristen’s family firmly asked for a complete investigation, but the Seattle Police Department replied by saying: “they didn’t have the manpower to investigate Kristen’s death because this sort of thing happens every weekend in Seattle”

FINALLY! PROOF COBAIN DID NOT SHOOT HIMSELF! For most of the last 20 years, we have only had the inset image of the right half of Kurt Cobain's body, along with police reports and interviews with the coroner, Dr. Nikolas Hartshorne to describe the condition that Cobain was found. Probably the most important clue that Cobain death authors, the Seattle PD, and other investigators have sparred over is a bodily event that takes place when one is shot in the head while conscious (as in a suicide,) called a "Cadaveric Spasm." This event is when the body braces for, or tenses up, while consciously recieving a deadly gunshot to the head and basically "freezes" in the position of death, causing ones hands to ball up into what is otherwise known as a "death grip." The attached photo, which we can only assume was released by the SPD as an oversight, shows Cobain's right hand in a loosely OPEN position. This proves that the left hand could not possibly have been locked around the barrel of the shotgun as reported by Dr. Hartshorne ( a close friend of Courtney's) because a cadaveric spasm works symmetrically on both sides of the body. This half of Kurt's hand shown at new angle, revealed after two decades of being buried in a police evidence vault, proves that Kurt did NOT have the cadaveric spasm that we were all told he did. If the right hand isn't clenched, the left couldn't have been tightly gripping the barrel unless the time of death was actually much closer to police arrival and Cobain's remain's were still in rigor mortis, his hand having been placed around the gun barrel by someone else after they shot into a dead, overdosed body (presumably by accident, by another person who most likely believed his heart was still beating) which caused the burn on his right thumb. The lack of any kind of blood "spatter," and only the presence of "seepage" from Kurt's left ear also points to Cobain having no blood pressure, and therefore no heartbeat when the gun was discharged into his mouth. This photo is absolute proof that Cobain had not achieved cadaveric spasm, which leads to the fact that he was already dead when the gun went off and therefore could not have shot himself. This coupled with the earlier post on this page showing what looks like a jabbing hypodermic needle wound that never got to bruise, point to Cobain being injected with a large amount of heroin and shot by another person(s).

Another Overlooked Detail... Does it seem odd that all of Kurt's possessions at his "suicide scene" are out of the range of his reach? He supposedly shot up, stopped the bleeding from the injection, put the cap back on the syringe, wiped it, then got up, put the works away, closed the cigar box, sat back down, and had the mental capacity to shoot himself? We all know his arms had to be long (and they were) to pull the trigger, but why would his stuff all be out of reach. He couldn't have thrown the paraphernalia back in the box, as the lid is closed and the spoon is still loaded with smack or blackened cotton which would have fallen off if thrown. So how does SPD explain that?

DNA DN'ied!?! The early 1990s was the cusp of a new frontier of a powerful new law enforcement criminal investigation tool. A confusing concept, involving nucleotides and electron microscopes that was little known, and to a lesser extent, understood by criminals. DNA, or deoxyribonucleic acid, that genetic code we all now know of, which had been left at crime scenes through bodily fluids since Cain and Abel, was now decipherable. It could be found in, blood(the syringes), tissue, saliva(cigarette butts, shotgun muzzle), etc.. Virtually any trace of fluid or cellular material that one left behind could be used to single out and identify a perpetrator or victim to a 99.9% degree of certainty. The first big case to splash DNA and it's abilities across the landscape of the public consciousness was the OJ Simpson Murder Trial of 1994. Suddenly, there was a method of conviction or exoneration that trumped the fingerprint and everyone now knew it. Criminals would have to be a lot more careful, now. However, in 1994, when Kurt Cobain was found dead above his garage, most criminals didn't realize that they were leaving evidence, more powerful than their prints, if they happened to leave a single cigarette butt at their crime scene. The odd thing about DNA and the Cobain case is that the police had known about and been collecting DNA samples, in Washington State, since the mid eighties. They collected the cigarette butts (two different brands, one Winston Lights which were Kurt's brand and the other were American Spirits, which happened to be smoked by Kurt's main drug pal) from the floor of the green house. Most of them were within possible reach of where Cobain was found (green circled) with the exception of a couple out of his reach (red circled.) Why, in the same year of the first major DNA murder trial (OJ Simpson, acquitted mostly on the lack of his DNA at the murder scene) were these cigarette butts overlooked? Is it possible that the Seattle PD still has these cigarette butts and the syringes from the greenhouse, which could potentially prove if Cobain was or wasn't alone at his questionable death scene? Or did Courtney want those back also, along with the shotgun and all other evidence that was collected that horrible Spring morn?

They Screwed Up the Cover Up? It, by now, seems fairly safe for any halfway informed person to reason that Kurt Cobain was possibly shot (probably because he was mistaken for still alive) after his heart had stopped from the triple… no wait, 10x lethal (thanks for correct info, Detective Ciesynski) heroin overdose that had somehow entered Kurt’s tiny 120 lb. body. The lack of any blood spatter or oral bleeding whatsoever at the death scene points to Cobain having no blood pressure at the moment the shotgun discharged. Photo 1 just shows that there was no exit wound from an intra oral discharge with the shotgun “against the victims chest” as the gun would have needed to be positioned to cause the injuries Kurt recieved. This is called a “penetrating” shot, which is distinguished by the projectile having entered the body but not exited. That’s what happened to Kurt, although purely by chance. It is rare in shotgun- in- the- mouth suicides but due to the light gauge, angle, and skull thickness, there was no exit wound which although a horrid thought, would have yielded a lot of evidence regarding body position and gunshot angle in the blood evidence, but the lack of a bloody exit wound allowed us to see that only a small puddle of blood was found. Pic 2 is a skull of a suicide victim with the exact injury as Kurt, but this victim had a “perforating” shot, in which the projectile leaves the body through an exit wound. These drastically different outcomes can be caused by a slightly different angle of shooting (resulting in the shot missing or hitting and slowing greatly at the hard palette). This difference of shooting angle may be from any number of reasons, like how the victim was positioned and shot angle. Or Kurt could have been shot at an unnatural angle for suicides, causing this anomaly. Perhaps Dr. Nikolas Hartshorne, the Assistant Medical Examiner of King County (why couldn’t they drag out the REAL coroner, not a big enough case?) who performed Kurt’s autopsy made a mistake. Or maybe he actually was covering for Courtney and wrote,” perforating” instead of “penetrating” to add to the “bloodbath” image of suicide that Courtney was peddling at the time. Either way, this could be a big deal. Kurt Cobain has a scientifically incorrect reason listed as his “cause of death.” It needs to be changed, even if so that everyone who reads it doesn’t get a mental image of their folk hero with “his head blown off.” And while they are fixing that glaring 20 year error, maybe we could get some competent investigators to look at the rest of this train wreck.

Something in the Way (the cabinet!).. It can be hard to get a handle on the circumstances of Kurt Cobain’s tragic death, even for those of us who have been studying this peculiar case for years. Between blood toxicity, forensics and ballistics, lack of photographic evidence of Cobain’s resting point and weapon position (despite the online library of police photos of mangled famous bodies available right now, the SPD says they want to “preserve dignity” but try typing “death photo” for any other real celeb, and you’re going to see a mound of famous meat). The obvious veil of Seattle Blue secrecy on this case can get very frustrating. But for debates sake, let’s forget for a moment that Kurt supposedly shot up “X” amount of heroin, stopped the bleeding, got up and walked several feet to put his works away, walked back to where he was sitting, and then supposedly loaded and fired a very long shotgun into his head (with the sudden bliss of the “white horse” (heroin) gently gliding him off to the next world doing nothing to sway the “shotgun to the mouth” idea), I took a while to just look at the measurements of Cobain’s body, the gun and the greenhouse and found some surprising results. First, Kurt was between 5’7”(according to interviews) and 5’8”(says his liscence). Matching a standing photo next to a unit chart and setting Kurt at 5’8” it can be determined his head was approx. 8 inches tall. Next a photo of Cobain sitting was manipulated to make the head 8 inches and his body kept the correct ratio. I used his legs from the standing photo on the sitting photo to make them straight, as his body was found. The discovery here, when considering Dr. Hatrshorne’s assertion that the gun was against Kurt’s chest, combined with SPD info that Kurt was sitting, places the barrel way above Kurt’s head and suicide would have been just impossible. However, the shotgun was also TOO LONG to fit between Kurt’s mouth and the floor cabinet that was directly in front of him if he was actually in the sitting position the Seattle Police say he shot himself in. There is no way he was standing because the shotgun shells were directly beneath his left foot, meaning Cobain would have had to standing on the shotgun shells, and there would have been less than a couple inches between Kurt and the counter to bend over and work the gun, plus there was no blood spatter by his feet. also, he would have crumbled, if standing, not been “blown backwards.” Basically, the only possible way Kurt could have shot himself was if he was already lying down when the gun discharged. And remember, that’s discounting the massive lethal overdose, stopping the bleeding at the injection site, getting up, putting his paraphernalia away, walking back to sit down, and operating the gun. There is little chance anyone could maintain consciousness through all that post-heroin shooting activity, even a “hardened” 130 lb. addict who was fresh from rehab and had no time to develop a tolerance like what would be required to survive 6 seconds after such a severe overdose. An “open and shut case of suicide” if there ever was one.

Marine's Death Investigation Proves Kurt Cobain Was NOT Holding the Shotgun! (An officer and a gentle man....) Although a new investigation for Kurt Cobain has been suspiciously out of the question from the Seattle PD for more than twenty years now, this page has uncovered evidence from a case that parallels Cobain's on many levels and further suggests, if not proves, that Cobain was not holding the shotgun at the moment it was fired into his mouth. The case of USMC Col. James Sabow, who had turned up dead from an intraoral shotgun blast in the backyard of his El Toro, CA. Military base home under shady circumstances in 1991 gives invaluable ballistic and blood spatter data that applies to Cobain's case. Although both cases were ruled "suicides" and left to the "conspiracy theorists," Col. Sabow, had a brother, Neurosurgeon and criminologist Dr. David Sabow (who used his own credentials and money to open and lead an extensive investigation into his brothers death) that may have inadvertently proved that not only his brother was murdered, but so was Kurt Cobain. First, the similarities: 1) Both men were once incredibly valuable, but were becoming a liability to the globally powerful entities that employed them, Geffen Records and The US Marine Corp. Col. Sabow was a former ace fighter pilot in Vietnam turned "straight arrow" Asst. Base Commander at El Toro Airbase in LA who had just discovered drugs were being smuggled in weapons boxes. Cobain was quitting Nirvana, promising to dedicate his life to "slag(ging) MTV", and divorcing Courtney Love, Geffen's next big thing. 2) Both Cobain and Sabow were found with intraoral shotgun blasts which were immediately hailed as the cause of death, ending any further investigation (despite the unexplained presences of a second, harder to find "mortal wound" in both cases) with an official verdict of "suicide" on day one of their investigations. Officials in charge of both cases have refused to re investigate despite more evidence pointing to murder than suicide in each case. 3) Both men had sustained a trauma directly before the shotgun blasts. Cobain supposedly shot himself after triple lethal overdose, and Sabow had been struck at the lower back of his head, creating an inward depression in his skull. 4) Both men passed away between the initial trauma and the shotgun blast, as proven by the lack of "bleed out" blood on the respective crime scenes (Cobain's and Sabow's hearts not pumping when shot zeroed their respective blood pressures, making shooting them both like popping a deflated ball (explaining lack of blood)). Their hands, the shotgun, faces, and the entire area of each scene should have been a bloodbath, Neither Cobain nor Sabow had a beating heart when shot, not even one pump of spatter, making suicide impossible. 5) Both subjects also fell into the rare intraoral shotgun suicide category of having no exit wounds. This preserved the (lack of) blood and GSR evidence at each scene, which would be unpredictable to a perpetrator unless they took the time to realize the person was dead by checking their vital signs. If Col. Sabow or Cobain had blood pressure in their heads when shot, a "blow out" exit wound would most likely have occurred from the sudden 2-5 gallons of super heated gas blasted into their heads with a shotgun discharge adding to the immense blood pressure the head also holds until something gives. (observation: perhaps lack of an exit wound is a sign of an attempt to stage a suicide by shotgun that failed to destroy the head because the killer wasn't able to shoot the victim before accidental death from the incapacitation method or a death that took just too long and the perp thought they might survive, but they both expired while being prepped to shoot their tonsils.) The main roadblocks in obtaining Kurt's autopsy report and greenhouse photos are the Seattle Police assertion that "we don't need to see a picture of Cobain dead" and Cobain's parents' and Love's suspicious refusal to release autopsy information (not even photos will work, too.). Unlike Kurt, however, the Colonel had a family member who cared. Dr. David Sabow, the Col.'s brother, through his credentials, was able to examine all the evidence and autopsy materials and found out something huge. His brother had an inward fracture, or blow to the back of the head, that knocked him unconscious just before death and he had breathed in blood. It was determined, since the shotgun wound had destroyed his cerebellum, making breathing impossible, that he was struck from behind, and while on the ground had inhaled a couple breaths of blood before someone had held Sabow's hand around the shotgun muzzle and fired. The 2-5 gallons of hot gas and pellets fired into his head caused the normal amount of blood "back spatter" and Gunshot Residue "blowback" to expel from his mouth, like a sneeze particle photo, onto Col. Sabow's left hand. Under the blood and GSR, the shotgun barrel burned his hand. The Colonel's hand was held around the barrel, and had blood spatter on it, but it was proven he died from the blow to the head. Here's the important part. KURT COBAIN'S LEFT HAND CONTAINED NO GSR "BLOWBACK" OR BLOOD "BACK SPATTER!" If Cobain was alive after his OD and committed suicide holding that shotgun to his mouth, even half as open as in the photos below(upper right), his left hand and the shotgun barrel should have been covered in blood and soot. Basically, the cleanliness of Kurt Cobain's left hand, as well as the area around his head, shirt, torso, and legs, proves not only that he was already deceased when the trigger was pulled, but that there is no possible way his hand was wrapped around the shotgun barrel, 1-5 inches from his mouth, when it discharged. In essence, what Dr. Sabow did was show us what happens when a person suffered the same method of murder as Kurt while their hand was on the barrel. Kurt was not, alive or dead, holding the shotgun to his mouth when it discharged, and that is a forensic fact. THE INFORMATION ON COL.JAMES SABOW CAN BE FOUND AT THE BELOW LINK AND HAS MANY DETAILS THAT PARALLEL THE COBAIN CASE. http://www.meixatech.com/COLSABOWHOMICIDE.pdf

You Can't Have It Both Ways... The updated case report about Kurt Cobain's suicide, submitted by Detective Micael Ciesynski this week, has a subtle, but incredibly important contradiction. In the "Weapon" segment on page 2 of the repor...t, Ciesynski states that Kurt had a TIGHT enough grip on the gun barrel to cause it to mis chamber the second shell (from his hand apparently getting in the way of the pump action) as the gun went off. In the same paragraph, he simultaneously contradicts himself, logic, and physics by stating that Kurt's grip was LOOSE enough for the gun to spin 180° And land with the magazine trapdoor facing straight up with a visibly mis chambered shell in the trapdoor, like a coin landing on its edge. The importance of this oversight should get the case reopened. If Cobain did not have a tight grip on the gun, allowing it to inexplicably spin around in his hand, then he did not have the "cadaveric spasm" explained in the previous post on this page, and the lack of this spasm points to him being unconscious when the gun was fired. Ciesynski needed to say (in order to keep the suicide verdict intact) that the gun would've been able to spin in Cobain's hand (the only possible explanation for the shell placement in a suicide scenario), coming to rest on his jacket, on the opposite side of the room from where the ejection port was facing when they found his body. By trying to explain that the gun didn't rechamber properly because Cobain had a tight grip on the barrel, information he really didn't even need to offer because guns often do not rechamber properly, he contradicted himself and left a huge hole in the SPD's case. The illustration accompanying this post shows the paragraph in question. The parts highlighted in purple support Kurt having a loose grip on the gun while the parts in red support him having a tight grip. This is of utmost importance and yet another, new reason to reopen this case, officially this time.
