Hey you guys! Just to let you know about what’s ahead for 2023. My activity might be spotty. There’s a lot of physical transitions I’m going through.

I have no knowledge about what’s to come going forward with Alopex’s character and all other topics related to her.

I will definitely keep you all in the loop if anything changes, but feel free to ask me anything or in particular Al anything.

Hey .... I just wanted to let you know about some rhather not so good news about Alopex and Angel issue.....

The first part of it is still very good and that will not change for anyone ....tho, the real problem that change the fans reaction to this issue in a bad way ( and the reson way I am sending this message ) were the last 4 pages ... and specifically what they shown in that very last page.

Fans of Alopex call her now a HYPOCRITE !! The fact that she accepted the collaboration with Karai , after the way SHE reacted to Saki's return in their lives and the turtles agreeing to work with him , made her look very bad in the eyes of some of her own fans!

And....I just can not disagree whit them. As one of them said ,, Alopex broke up whit Raph becose he accepted Saki's offer and she felt betrayed by that....just for her to agree to work with Karai , aka, do the exact thing that blamed the athers for doing ". Laike...he makes a point...and he is not the only one that said the exct same thing.

And seeing that they still make her have some mistrust of the others ,whit her still telling only Angel that she is family, iven tho, now she is in prety much in the same shite as they are, I'm really scared that she maithe still not wana take Raph back ( in that point, iven staying as just friends would be an insult in a way ) as well as not show the same trust she had in the ather turtles, becose of that feeling of betrayal she has ... iven tho , her AND Angel are helping Karai and what ever she wana do....causing her to become hated by her own fans (not to mention other readers of the comic) .... And is just not right at all !!!

The only way I think this can work , so the fans don't gat relly God damn mad ( or to start hateing our poor little girl ) , is for her to realize that, just like the turtles , she and Angel are in a way forced to work with the Foot clan for the sake of evreyone. After all. She did seem to realize the gravity of the situation. I think you din mention some similar details, the last time we discussed. I know that all is still in the air , and we need to see how it gose....but, I relly don't laike the fact that fans seem to get angry at Al just becose the writers of this issue couldn't think of another way, less contradictory to Alopex's character , to help the athers whit out accepting Karai's offer. Who ever relly did that last part just wanted to be done, not knowing or careing about Al.

I swer....if the last part did not happen , and stop right at the end of the first part , things would have been perfect . The first part was what I wana keep as the real one , seeing that was prety much perfect fot those two , allredy made them a team again. The Alliance part of this relly did not work for Alopex case. Hell. At least, if thinks are not geting better or at least close to how they were at the very beginning ( at least for a taime... or at all, depending on the choise they go whit ) , becose of that ,,betrayal" , which really affected her badly , she at least wouldn't be seen as a hypocrite .... cuz now, that maithe be the case. I don't know who was the writer for the second part of this issue....or if it was the same guy that did the art for the first part also in charge whit writeing that "problematic" part as well , but I know Sophia did not had enything to do whit this issue ( from what I heard at least )...but man, I hope she dose something to save this, cuz , iven tho I am not yet 100% shure who to blame for that last part ( mostly laikely the one that did the art for that part ) , cuz this it tarnished Alopex as a character...after she allredy had a pretty bad introduction back in issue 135.

I relly wana see what do you think about all of this when you can. Also. I do remember you talking about some posts related to Alopex and Karai as well as how things could be between Al and Raph. I thot that this can help to see how athers maithe see what is happening now and to adres it as well in your posts , for the posible future that would be ( depending on how things evolves until then ).

I am still happy that Alopex got back whit Angel, and they are very close now....but this issue relly made me worry about Alopex character and how this relly afects her more so then the incompetence of the writers to find something to do whit her ....that dose not end in a disaster that brings the hole issue down ( something that seems increasingly difficult to do recently ...for some reason! )

They betar stop whit this path they chose for her, honestly, I'm starting to think they not competent enough to stick the landing, and I don't wana see my old taime favorite character being treated this way!!! And I also refuse to believe that I'm the only one who thinks this.

Right now, it is best not to worry about it until they decide they know what they’re doing with the character. Clearly they don’t know. It’s not like she’s going to appear in every issue. She’s practically a side character now. Everyone is aware of how a side character is treated within a franchise. The fact they made her a hypocrite in this issue, just shows you they don’t know what they’re doing. If this was Sophie writing the issue, she’d have done things way different than what this garbage was.

They made her a hypocrite in every sense of the word. And now, it’s starting to make me question, what is the process behind all this. Instead of just wanting more, I don’t want more.

I feel like if they brought her back at least once, they’ll treat her entirely different to the point where it is not the Alopex we know and love since her debut.

I doubt they’ll do more with the character, that’s how insane it is. This just a betrayal to the story, her character, and everything she had to do.

If they killed her off in a heroic action at least then they don’t have to worry about doing more with her character since she hardly makes appearances in the franchise as is anymore. Even when she does, it’s only minor roles she has.

What a BIG let down. I am truly disappointed with IDW for even doing this to her character. Talking about it further just angers me.

Hey ! I just saw the post about the issue...and relly made me wonder some things.. I did not see the issue just yet ( il do it tomorow ), but you saide 2 things very interesting to me and I would love if you can elaborate a bit on them.

1. Angel is now prety much the only real family that Alopex has now ( which is very much adorable ) and 2. the part whit the clan and the fact Angel will never wanted to joine and that was to much for Alopex ( pls tell me if I missread that part ).

Do you belive that seeing what is happening now and the conclusions Alopex come up whit during this issue, this will be a problem for her and Raph relasionshipe? I mean, iven tho Alopex maithe not wana be back as a part of the clan, she and Raph can still love each other , seeing that this was the case befor Al was iven part of the clan...laike, I do love the fact that Angel is laike a family for Al now...but I just dont wana see Raph and her stop being a thing, you know...hell, iven just close friends if nothing else for the moment. Plus, that fact is not part of the clan iven after all of this is over , shude not break the friendship she had whit the athers as well.

PS. Yea. She , just laike the athers that were forced to put their trust in Saki ... this really messt things up for Al...tho..ther maithe be a chanse later, at the end, where everyone will see that Saki has shown that she can be trusted , ones he brings the ,,big" guns to help put this war to rest. I relly do wana see this issue and how that will play out in the maine issues, especially at the end. What I think she needs to fainaly get some things STRAIGHT insaide of her is for her to see that this was in the end the only options they got...and that it pays off.

The thing between her and Raph, as saddening as this may sound and how they’re setting it up. It’s possible that after the end of this, they may just stick with being friends. The turtles 𝗰𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗲 to work with Saki in order to prepare themselves for the war. Saki is a well known former enemy of theirs that has destroyed lives with his way of seeing things. Now, Al is forced to do the exact same thing with Karai.

I believe there will be a point in time to where the pair can discuss what they did. How it’s going to end and change their relationship is ambiguous. But as for now, Raph is currently, as far as the wiki is showing, they’re currently ex’s.

You can be in the clear like that, but you can also be in some deep troubles at the same time. Happy endings don’t always fair well for everyone.

The way they are making it sound, it’s very likely Alopex and Raphael won’t end up rekindling their relationship. They can still be friends and talk to each other, but as far as their relationship is concerned, it’s ambiguous. I don’t want to see it like that, but it’s a possibility.

Throughout these recent issues, you haven’t seen Raphael as much since when Al had helped Jennika.

It’s hard to say what he is doing. But that moment when Al left the clan and in addition to her leaving after spotting him with hob and other enemies, that took a massive blow for him. And as shown in the preview images. He was running after her trying to convince her to stay and they’ll talk.

Omg, I just saw the recent issue, and in all honesty, I do not know how to feel about it. Of course there are going to be precautions when working with a former enemy. It’s short and you’d think there would be more to the issue than initially. The fact that Al is now considering Angel to be her only family, that’s real friendship right there. The more you read into it, Alopex’s hand is forced. Not only does she have to work with a known former enemy of hers, but she has to face with everything else that is going on.

She does want to help, but she’s conflicted with a lot of feelings and has no clue how to process them. I assume that whenever the next issue releases, all of that is going to tie in. I knew for a fact that Angel wasn’t going to be apart of the clan, it’d be too much on the mental for Al.

It was incredible seeing both of them respectively return to being the fighting duo they once were. I believe after this, they’ll be involved more in some manner.

Helo. Whit the recently released issue 135 of the maine serise and the come back ... in a way of Alopex in that set issue, are going to make post about it? I have some very strong feelings about what happened and espasaly how things were done in preparation for Al and Angel Alliance issue. Don't know what will happen next or how things will be done whit our girl story arc...but for this one issue in particular I have a tons of things to comment on how Sophia thought to do the re-introduction for Alopex after all this waite and taime..... Spoilers: I was beyond irritated and it betar be just a one taime thing, cuz ells, the fans will not be happy at all. I saw a lot of people already haveing big problems whit this, and I say that mabey it will be soon the taime that the writer itselves get some criticism for it. Depends is this will get betar, which I shure betar do. What do you think?

Well, I didn’t plan on making a post due to timing constraints. But I did in fact see it. It was great to see Al return, even if it was for a short time. They didn’t exactly get into detail as to what she’s been doing since her departure. It’ll likely be explained in the Alliance issue, which is set to come out January 3rd.

I saw this from Sophie herself after a fan commented on that. She said, she didn’t like how that went. Because it was rushed. But that’s just how it is. Her words.

I can understand from Al’s perspective, since not only are they working with their former enemy who happened to destroy the very thing, Alopex cared about in her past life. But they’re also potentially working with someone that is trying to disrupt everything and who has also destroyed lives.

In Al’s mind, she’s like, I can’t be around or work with you guys. If we’re working with our former enemies, who just may potentially stab us in the back later on, after the war is over. I need some distance.

So in case some of you all may or may not know, there’s going to be an upcoming issue, featuring the return of Angel and Alopex. It is going to answer where Al has been since her departure from the turtles. Therefore how is it going to effect her and Angel’s return in the Armageddon game.

Here is the synopsis.

When former Purple Dragons gang leader Angel Bridge became the high-tech street vigilante known as Nobody, she felt like somebody for the first time in her life. Fighting crime alongside fellow heroes like the Mutant Turtles and her childhood friend Casey Jones-as well as the curmudgeonly scientist Harold Lilja, who designed her tech suit-gave the natural-born loner a new family and a new purpose. But as the Rat King's nefarious Armageddon Game takes hold on New York City and Mutant Town, Angel is finding herself alone and isolated once again, questioning her role and her resolve...and missing her best friend and sidekick, the mutant fox Alopex, who is having a similar crisis of faith. Now, with the fate of the city in the balance, can Nobody and Alopex reunite to rise above their doubts and become the bombastic crime-fighting duo they once were?

It is amazing to me how the two are going to be back at it once again just like old times! That’s all there is wanna say for now, but I’ll keep ya updated on more info I spot.
