Since some of you don’t know how to properly translate ENGLISH.

It’s not “Katski” it’s KATSUKI (KAT-SKI)

It’s not “Bakugo” it’s BAKUGOU (BAKU-GO)

It’s not “Shinso” it’s SHINSOU (SHEEN-SO)

It’s not “Toya” it’s TOUYA (TOY-A)

The direct Japanese to English translation is MISSING the horrible “U” rule when it comes to translating Japanese.

In order to have the same pronunciation as the Japanese names they need the “U”.

if I’m wrong I’m freakin wrong, but this is how I learned Japanese :<

It’s not “Shoto” it’s SHOUTO (SHOW-TOW)

It’s not “Jiro” it’s JIROU (JEER-O)

It’s not “Kyoka” it’s KYOUKA (KY-YO-KA)

If you’re spelling it with just the “o” include the “ō” or change it to “ou”. “ou” is correct as we don’t use “ō” in the English language rarely.
