I know my blog doesn’t have as much reach in the mineblr community as it used to but if anyone wants to collab on some modding and texture projects PLEASE hmu.

I have two projects i’d like to work on, but they are big tasks and my health issues are making it hard to find the energy to work on them.

1. A resource pack based on LoafCraft (a really old texture pack) but renewed for 1.20 and beyond. As many collaborators as possible would be amazing, resource packs are BIG and a dedicated group to delegate folders to would make it a much easier task!

2. A mod that adds a lot of bugs so players can make their own bug sanctuary and collect them like pokemon :) i’d need people good at blockbench modeling and animating for this one. I’m not too bad at texturing and modelling myself as well but I can’t figure out the animating part and implementing it into mcreator.

Maybe I could also renew my cakes and pies mod too. That’ll be relatively easy bc i have all the textures made and stuff, i’d just need to re-implement it all which is slightly tedious. (Mcreator please add an easy cakes tool, you would make my life)

i have decided to do a poll for fun because of a video im watching while im eating

for those curious i started playing during 1.6!! i played the demo worlds of the game on the minecraft.net website before my parents bought it for me

Best blocks to walk on

1. Amethyst- makes the jingle jingle

2. Bone block - goes tap tap tap, very satisfying

3. Nether brick - makes me feel like an evil wizard running through an evil wizard lair

4. Tuff and calcite - got that crunchy texture you know the one

5. Slime - it’s all about that schlorp

Most edible non-food blocks

1. Moss- look me in the eyes and tell me you’ve never wanted to eat moss. Imagine sinking your teeth into that thing,,,,,,,,, effervescent

2. Skulk- it has the vibes of something I’d chew on. Probably tastes like despair and being sad at 3am

3. Glass- crunch munch cronch monch

4. Dark oak- the trapdoors are literally little blocks of chocolate

5. Sponge- cheese :)

Honourable mention: end stone because it also looks like cheese

A lil additional poll after the news

I had a small castle in mind and began with the tower and one building. This is what it became. Was fun to try what I can do by just using different sorts of stone and spruce wood.

Roof- striped crimson logs, warped logs, warped wart block, striped warped logs, crimson slabs, warped planks, (flag pole) magenta concrete, light blue concrete, purple concrete, prismarine slab, crimson fence, soul lantern, prismarine wall.

Wall (top)- granite walls, brick walls, mud brick walls, striped oak logs, oak planks.

Wall (middle)- mud bricks, brown concrete powder

Wall (bottom)- smooth sandstone, sandstone, endstone, endstone bricks, birch planks, birch buttons, glow lichen (windows, all) jungle slab, spruce trapdoors, white stained panes, light grey stained panes

Bridge- smooth sandstone slabs, endstone brick slabs, birch slabs, endstone brick stairs, oak stairs, jungle trapdoors, glowberries, hanging roots, warped signs

HOO boy this one took a decent while to build mainly because life and then lack of interest and then I got stuck trying to force myself to copy the exact same build and I had to do a little terraforming so the damn thing didn’t float entirely on water. But it’s done! And it’s pretty!

Testing out a new style! Sorry the shots are a little crunchy 🫠 this went through about five design changes, originally the roof was all copper and the walls of the house build was cobble and I don’t know what that blue stripe is and I just kind of made stuff up as I went 😅 I will try to add in the blocks used later if I remember to in a separate reblog but there’s a lot of pieces to this so it might be a while!
