Week 15 - Accounting
Accounting is the most important key aspect of a business. There is no other reason to do business other than making a profit which then leads us to accounting. I do not really like the accounting part in businesses because it is very complicated and time consuming however it is the most important part so I should consider learning it more whether I like it or not. Accounting is a meticulous proccess, since it is the most important part it should obviously be the hardest to learn. Hopefuly I start to like accounting when I need it.

Week 14 - MVP
This week's lecture was about MVP or Minimum Viable Product. This is the part where we showcase our product. This is one of the most important part since it gives the investors and customers a visual representation of the product they are going to invest or use. It is critical to be careful on what to include and not to include because this is the only way that they can visualize our product.

Week 13 - Intellectual Property
Ma'am compasan lectured about the importance of intellectual property. Before the lecture I have the basic knowledge of Intellectual Property and how it is important in the business world. Having seen it lectured made me understand more about it. When I first learned about intellectual property I thought to myself that it was selfish for people to protect the rights of there works, they should share it to other people so that it will improve overtime. However as I learned more about businesses I realized that Intellectual property is extremely important, not only it makes the idea of the creator safe from copycats it also entices innovation.

Week 12 - BMC Construction
BMC was a good way to help us understand better of our product. It also enhances our knowledge regarding how business work since we need to have a better understanding of our product to create a BMC. When creating the BMC I start to imagine what it would feel like to do this on a real business on real life scenario. I just realize that creating a business is not as easy as it seems, there are a lot of things to consider and research before starting to invest money into it. Creating the BMC was a great learning experience to prepare us in the future.

Week 11 - Grading
We get to see our grades, I don’t have any high hopes for mine because of our disastrous pitch deck. We should start planning as a group from now on. Things became more difficult because of the pandemic, communications can be hard sometimes because other member do not have a stable internet connection or a connected internet at all. But overall I think this is a good challenge to overcome to be better not only as a student but also as a person.

Week 10 - Disaster
We thought we were ready for the questions but there were other things that we didn’t consider or looked at which then leads us not answering some of the questions. The loss of connection from one of our members was the beginning of the disaster of our pitch. The member who lost the internet connection has the most knowledge regarding the pitch which at first is not a good idea because we all should prepare always as a group.

Week 9 - Pitching
The mid term pitch deck was stressful. I get tense easily specially when presenting, I always try to calm myself before the presentation but I always fail to compose myself during it. Our pitch did not go as planned, the member who was supposed to present the pitch lost his internet connection which lead me to continue the pitch. We did not expect it to happen but I still shoud continue the pitch. I know that I am not a better presentor compared to my group mate but I did tried my best, however I still did not do well. From that day I’ve learned to prepare for the worst case scenario.

Week 7/8 - Venture Proposal
We submitted the venture proposal and got a feedback from it. This week I realized that it is not easy to brainstorm ideas that could have achieve a realistic goal to solve a certain problem. Being creative is important in this stage because there are many other options that can solve that specific problem, however it is the creativity that makes the idea have an edge to other alternatives. I feel that being creative and at the same time having a realistic approach is important to avoid problems in the future that came from unrealistic goals.

Week 6 - Design thinking process
There are 5 Stages in the Design Thinking Process
1. Empathize -  The first stage of the Design Thinking process is to gain an empathic understanding of the problem you are trying to solve.
2. Define (the problem) -  During the Define stage, you put together the information you have created and gathered during the Empathize stage.
3. Ideate -  During the third stage of the Design Thinking process, designers are ready to start generating ideas.
4. Prototype -  The design team will now produce a number of inexpensive, scaled down versions of the product or specific features found within the product.
5. Test - Designers or evaluators rigorously test the complete product using the best solutions identified during the prototyping phase.
Insights
Having a process in any task is important to achieve the goal that you have in mind. It is like having a plan to complete the desired outcome. Design thinking process helps us realize to be careful in each steps that we take because it is the fundamentals to have a successful and meaningful journey.

Week 5 - Failure Overcame
In this week, we have experienced and overcame failures, how to cope up with it, and having it as an inspiration.
Insights
Most of us know that failure is just a stepping-stone towards success however improvement should be made for every failure we get. We should not be stubborn and stick on the same thing we did when we fail. For me, I take failure as an opportunity to improve myself and do better next time. If you fail many times it means you are on your way to finding the right formula to success, sooner or later you will finally have the results that you always want. Your failures today will surely help you in the future.

Week 4 - Revising Tactics
In this week, we were introduced with a so called 'Mom test' wherein basically a guide on how to talk to customers and observe if your business is a good idea regardless of how it is positively complimented.
INSIGHT
We have decided to revise our survey in order to improve it. Moreover, as a realization, it is more than acceptablr to know the harsh truth than having temporarily comforted with lies, where, it could lead to a certain business' failure.

Week 3 - Getting random ideas
In this week, we were able to at least asked few people online regarding their personal frustrations on how to make things more easier for them to do that if and only if, there’s alternatives to it.
Tumblr media
However, some of our members got rejected and only had seen-zoned response from the message(questions),only few responded and answered properly.
INSIGHT
There may be instances that we feel that there is no one that we can expect from, just be consistent and know that there will always be ones does.

Week 2 - Sharing of Ideas
For this week, we had our discussion initiated by our fellow groupmate Mr. Rojas through the Messenger-GroupChat that we created. At first, after the Group chat was created we were all hesitant to talk first and everybody was busy especially me because I am currently working as my Aunt’s driver and many more sidelines for which was the reason that I am so delayed in passing all my activities.
However, despite my busy works, my co-groupmates never fail to remind me -such that I always say “Unya na guro bay kay naa pami lakaw na” to them. But then, to cut the story short, we had our discussion and shared little by little some ideas and by that, we were able to come up with ideas in which we do believe that would bring great impact to potential clients or customers.
INSIGHT
Despite the hardships of adapting to changes such as the new normal due to this Health Crisis, still we strive to aim at least good outcomes. And as for me, I am grateful that I have this set of Members in my group :) .
Tumblr media
Through this activity - the sharing of ideas, we were able to at the very least give scenarios and possible prospects that are beneficial.

Week 1 - Self Assessment
I took the 16 personality test and got these results:
Tumblr media
Strengths & Weaknesses
Mediator (INFP) Strengths
Thoughtful – Mediators care about other people’s feelings. They adjust their actions if they think they might hurt anyone, even unintentionally. Kindheartedness flows from Mediator personalities, and everyone around them tends to benefit from it.
Generous – Mediators rarely enjoy succeeding at others’ expense. In general, people with this personality type want to share the good things in their lives. They value equality, and they want to ensure that every voice and perspective is heard.
Open-Minded – Mediators tend to give other people the benefit of the doubt. They aim to be tolerant of other people’s beliefs, lifestyles, and decisions. Generally speaking, Mediators support others’ right to live as they see fit – as long as no one is being hurt.
Creative – Mediators can often see things from unconventional perspectives. With their ability to make surprising and unexpected connections, it’s no wonder that many Mediators are drawn to creative pursuits and the arts.
Passionate – When an idea or movement captures Mediators’ imagination and speaks to their beliefs, they can give their whole heart to it. People with this personality type can be reserved or reticent, but that doesn’t diminish their strong feelings for a cause that matches their ideals.
Loyal to Their Values – Doing the right thing isn’t always easy, but Mediators’ far-reaching vision can help them stay the course. When they’re doing something meaningful, these personalities can have a sense of purpose or even courage that keeps them true to their values.
Mediator (INFP) Weaknesses
Overly Idealistic – Mediators can take their idealism too far. People with this personality type might idolize their romantic partner or expect every aspect of their job to feel meaningful. This can set them up for disappointment when reality falls short of their dreams.
Self-Critical – Mediators can expect so much from themselves that they inevitably fall short. When this happens, they may accuse themselves of being selfish or woefully inadequate. This self-criticism can erode their motivation to get things done and their willingness to prioritize necessary self-care.
Impractical – When something captures Mediators’ imagination, they can become so consumed by it that they neglect practical matters. Some people with this personality type even neglect eating or sleeping as they pursue their passion. Other Mediators can become so enamored with an idea that they’re afraid to act on it because they might not do it perfectly.
Emotionally Driven – Mediators can become so focused on their emotions that they lose track of what’s really going on. It can be a challenge for these personalities to slow down and make sure that their feelings aren’t preventing them from clearly seeing the facts of a situation.
Conflict-Averse – Mediators generally prefer to avoid conflict. They can put a great deal of time and energy into trying to please everyone. This desire to please others can drown out their own inner wisdom and make them painfully sensitive to even constructive criticism.
Difficult to Get to Know – Mediators are private, reserved, and sometimes self-conscious. This can make them somewhat difficult to really get to know. Their need for personal space can contribute to the guilt they feel for not giving more of themselves to those they care about.
INSIGHTS
Most of the attributes of this result does not really surprise me anymore because I already had expected or knew some that I fit in or suits my personalities. However, through this, I am now aware on what traits to improve.
