Hello! Very big fan of your work on WFA, i know you answered this question a while ago, but is there any news on WFA ? Or is it really over? If it is, i want to thank you so much for everything you did with this comic. It's probably my favorite Batman thing ever, and i will keep reading it again and again for a very long time. Thanks!!!

As of right now, there's been no official news about a 3rd Season. We'll have to wait and see if the story continues.

Working on the project and seeing your reactions to episodes has been amazing. The team is honestly a dream team!

Hi there! As of right now, nothing public is known about Season 03 of Batman: Wayne Family Adventures. We’ll hopefully find out in the next few weeks!

I have a lot of fond memories of Batman Beyond. ;w; All of the DC animated shows are honestly where I grab most of my character color ideas when we have flexibility.

I'd love to see him incorporated in future stories; but know that I don't have any creative control of BWFA, so I don't know if that's in the cards.

Hi!! I know you can only give us limited info but is WFA ending soon?? Like I’ve been seeing so many DC comic collabs with WEBTOON ending like wtf is going on???

Hello! I don't have much knowledge on the business side of things, that is between Webtoons and DC, but I do know that Season 02 for BWFA is still ongoing.

Anyone checking what's available on Fast Pass will see that we've passed 100 Episodes (yay!), so Season 02 is a bit longer than Season 01 (that one was 51 Episodes total).

I don't know if there will be a Season 03, sadly, we'll have to wait and see. And that'll probably be the same for the other Webtoon/DC collaborations.

The only thing I do know is that the first 25 episodes of Season 01 is getting printed, and Volume 01 will be out officially... Tomorrow. XD Volume 02 will be out October 3, 2023, and I think Zatanna & the Ripper Volume 01 will come out the same day.

It’s been awhile since I posted, but I wanted to share two things I’ve been working on! First is a PDF of everything I’ve learned so far working as a freelance colorist, which includes my coloring process, and tracking freelance rates! Here’s the link to the PDF! 

In order to show my process, for the past couple of months, I started working on my own Webtoon Comic: COSMOS! It’s about a hot headed doctor who hired to help a small trading vessel who’s crew is prone to…Incidents… Once aboard, she has to work alongside her 5 alien cremates (and a robot) who all have their own special quirks. What could possibly go wrong? 

The first two parts of the first episode are online for you to read right now! 

Progress will be slow. Working a day job on top of my freelance colorist work for Batman and Nexus Point doesn’t leave much time to work on personal projects. But I’m hoping you get a kick out of it!

i usually pencil sketch my ideas, take a pic, then pixel over top of them! i enjoy drawing traditionally w a pencil so this is a nice mix and i think it makes my art look more natural/organic n less rigid ✨

I’ve been wondering this for awhile, I know Jason is 19 and Damian is 9, but do you know the ages of the rest of the family including Bruce and Alfred?

Y'know, now that I think about I honestly have no idea. I'll have to ask the team. XD

So I have a question about episode 63. If in that episode was esthablished that Huntress is Helena Bertinelli, then there no chance we will see Helena Wayne as well, right?😅

For more creative context: The most I know about episodes until I get the inks to color is a vague 1 sentence synopsis. Overall story beats and plot? That's under lock and key. Sometimes I'm so busy that I don't have time to read the script, so I won't know what the characters are even saying until after the episode comes out. Some episodes have been done fully off vibes.

I‘m not sure if you‘ve answered this already but what is your favourite WFA episode so far?

Mine‘s definitely "Dirty Little Secret" (and "Home Alone" is a close second)

Dirty Little Secret is definitely a top pick for me! X'D I loved how it turned out!

Other favorites are:

Episode 21, I got to put my dog in the episode!

Episode 44, the colors/rendering look SO GOOD. Also love our 3 kidnappers. X'D

Episode 45/46 with Jason's panic attack and how things were handled. I got to color Joker's socks.

Episode 47 with Alfred and Mr./Mrs. Kent

Episode 54 with Zatanna

Episode 62, the Suzi went ham on the city BGs!

There's a couple episodes in the pipeline that I feel like is some of my best work I've done on the project so far, and I can't wait for you to see them!

Yep! Starbite is back, though we still have a backlog of fun episodes Toby worked on. I can't wait for y'all to read them! :D They're so much fun!

Working on Webtoons consistently for long periods of time can be a lot, so taking breaks every now and then are important. For readers it may seem like there was a break between Seasons 01 and 02, but for us it wasn't. It was off to the races! You'll see other Webtoon people step in to help out so that everyone can get some time off.

I love WFA. Thank you for sharing your work. Question about episode 58 clean up: why are the books in the library so big and why does Alfred call Duke Master Thomas? Neither of these are color questions so I understand if you don’t know. Just thought I’d ask.

Question 01 (about the books): That would be a background artist question, I have no idea. ;w;

Question 02 (about Alfred calling Duke Master Thomas): That's because Duke's last name is Thomas. So Alfred calls him 'Master Thomas'. :D

Thank you so much for Batman: Wayne Family Adventures, it's a wonderful comic. I especially love the last episode Home Alone and how it is a commemorative episode for Kevin Conroy's passing.

The team unanimously agreed to work with our client to make sure we had something for Kevin Conroy's passing, and it was only fitting that it was a Bruce Wayne themed episode.
