...Looks like Naomi's gotta go reset the brainwashing screwdriver again.
I'm almost positive someone has done this before (and loads better), but it's all I could think about during my recent Ignore-Reality-And-Watch-TV-Season 8 rewatch. To be fair, there are so many K-words. Cas could easily get confused with so many Deans around.

Misha just as he's saying "Grant me a pair of fucking glasses"
If you're on twitter, there is a great thread of video clips from Misha's panel in Brussels here:

I decided to focus on a segment where someone asked him how he deals with the uncomfortable and unpredictable (what a good question!).
I've included an edit of the first three videos in the group below (tumblr won't let me add them due to size), and I'm providing a transcript for those who need one. Having some eye issues today, so apologies if I've dropped a word here or there (and in the third video, he kind of goes off the rails, so the transcription is bare-bones).
In this response, we get a rare mention of his divorce.
"As you get older, you will also find this - that life is so full of unpredictable outcomes. In fact, you can't predict pretty much anything that happens. We always think that we have some sort of control over the outcome of events in our lives, and as things unfold, we discover that we are just swept up in the stream (I think he says scream...maybe scream? You know how Misha has a way with words) and actively responding to things that are happening in our environment.
So I would say that the unpredictable over time I think this is just a function of adulthood but we get better and more adept at acceptance (nods happily) you know? I think the same thing is true of uncomfortable situations.
I have been going through a rather painful divorce for the last four years...it's been very long and very unpleasant and...(he takes a long pause here) it's actually been a really wonderful experience for me because it's been so uncomfortable so much of the time and it's been an incredible opportunity to learn to live in the acceptance of the uncomfortable too.
Somebody just mentioned meditation. I don't do mantra meditation; the meditation that I do is mindfulness meditation, and one of the things that you do is just observe the sensations on your body and feel the pleasant sensations and the unpleasant sensations, and you eventually learn that you can feel, for example, pain when you're sitting in an uncomfortable position for long hours and meditating and you can just feel that experience of pain and to learn to just accept something and live with it when something isn't working for you and you need to change it."
He then brings up the Serenity Prayer and when no one in the audience recognizes it by name he jokes, "Not that many of you are in Alcoholics Anonymous, I guess."
Interesting to me, Misha doesn't know the prayer and has to look it up. When he tries to read it on the phone, he has trouble (fifty-year-old eyes!) and says, "Grant me a pair of fucking glasses!"
He then goes on to recite the prayer (omitting the first word of it, which is, "God").
The Serenity Prayer for folks who don't know it:
God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.
He gives such thoughtful answers. And I'm admittedly surprised he brought up his divorce...but I'm glad he's working on keeping himself in a good place about it.

I watched the whole video of Misha recounting his phone call with Emily and it was basically -
Jensen: hiiiiii (gayly)
Misha: STOP FLIRTING WITH MY GIRLFRIEND
Jensen: My wife flirts with you, so I can do what I want
Emily: He has a point
