    Satoru had been the best goddamn boyfriend known to mankind while Suguru was recovering from Operation: Remove Milk Tumors. Anything he needed, Satoru was there to get for him. Food, drinks, helped him dress, helped him bathe, movie nights and gentle cuddles abundant. Even refused to take missions too far away from Tokyo unless they were a Special Grade emergency.

    Funny how few of those there are once he puts his foot down and tells people to fuck off. Just two in the weeks his boyfriend was recovering, and he’d dealt with them quickly enough. But still, he didn’t feel right being that far away from a recovering Suguru. Shoko may have been bribed out the wazoo to keep him company anytime that the albino was away. She better appreciate all those nasty cigarettes and cash he gave her.

    “Oooooh, shopping! Yes yes yes!” He springs up from his position on the couch, looking giddy and excited. “Hell yeah! Let’s go find Suguru some cool swim trunks!” Satoru might be even more excited than his boyfriend is, solely due to how comfortable Suguru is now. Does he have a way to go still? Yeah, but he need not worry! Not when the Best Boyfriend is here to support him!

They met each other at Hexside and quickly became best friends and started dating in their second year. Satoru comes from a family that has always had very high ranks in the emperor’s coven and Suguru’s has always joined the beast keeping coven because of a secret magic ability that has been passed down for generations– the ability to eat and store curses and use them like beasts. It’s best to hide these abilties in plain sight. Satoru is excellent at all types of magic but especially uses a combination of construction, oracle and illusion and has perfected them to a very high level. No surprise at all due to the status of his family and the way he was raised.

Eventually both joined the emperor’s coven together and quickly became the duo that hunts down curses, people who keep/sell curses and anything that has been found to curse people. In secret, though, they do not agree with the coven one bit and plan to destroy it from the inside out. The two are a powerful duo both when working on missions alone and when together– and they are also married.
