Whew!!! Lots of sweat 😓. Especially after a wine 🍷 fest with my Aunt/Mama. And I can honestly say that in the past I could have drunk more than I did. When you find your what works for YOUR diet and do programs that you love your body & your mindset changes. I got up early to workout once again because I have family here and I don’t want to come up with an excuse not to workout. I’ve come too far. I also don’t want to take time away from them. Priorities Baby...Goals... Don’t think I wanted to get up this morning. I thought of just going right back to sleep. I am so glad I didn’t. I’m done and now I can enjoy this gorgeous day with my family. What about you? Quit procrastinating! Get your butt up and do it!!!😘 #80DayObsession #Day63

I may be a little off right now, but eating right and getting some form of exercise will keep me on a better track then sitting on my bum and eating chips. Believe me when I say I kinda want to sit around and eat chips....
