**Seated Z Press: This is a new exercise and something I like a lot. If works a lot on scapular movement as well creating length in the hamstrings and back. Start by sitting on the ground with the dumbbell under your chin. You are going to press the dumbbell in a circular motion above the head where the bicep is in line with the ears.
