I'm a cryptid in Stardew valley. I live on the outskirts of town. I disappear for days on end, purchasing daily one-way tickets to the calico desert. Nobody knows where I go while I'm there. Can occasionally be found fishing at random spots throughout town. I am never not running on at least one triple shot espresso. I take the abandoned minecarts to get around and am frequently seen disappearing into the sewers. I carry a sword for some reason. Once every week or two I will stride into your bedroom to deliver you your favorite meal. I'm a self-made millionaire. I attend all the town events and will go to your concert in the next town over. I have donated approximately 2583 items to the local museum and singlehandedly revitalized the town community center. There are rumors I can talk to junimos. I'm friends with the local wizard

Lemon Yoghurt Cake

This gorgeously soft and moist Lemon Yoghurt Cake brightens a grey, chill and rainy day, both with its flavour and its colour! And whilst it is light as air, it is deliciously comforting too!
Ingredients (serves 4):
1/2 tablespoon unsalted butter, softened
1 tablespoon caster sugar
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
3 large egg whites
a pinch of salt
3/4 cup plain flour
3 tablespoons caster sugar
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
a lemon
1/2 cup plain or Greek Yoghurt
1 large egg
2 heaped tablespoons Menton Lemon Marmalade (Confiture de Citron de Menton)
Preheat oven to 160°C/320°F.
Generously butter a cake tin. Sprinkle with caster sugar, shaking the tin, to coat evenly. Set aside.
In a small saucepan, melt butter over a low flame. Once melted, remove from the heat. Set aside.
Place egg whites in a medium bowl. Add a pinch of salt, and beat with an electric mixer, gradually increasing speed until stiff peaks just form. Set aside.
In another medium bowl, combine flour, caster sugar and baking powder. Grate in the zest of about half the lemon. Give a good stir.
Dig a well in the middle, and pour in Greek Yoghurt. Break in the egg, add the Menton Lemon Marmalade and stir, to mix, until just blended. Then, stir in melted butter. Finally, gently fold in egg whites until no white streak remains.
Pour batter into prepared tin, and place in the middle of the hot oven. Bake, at 160°C/320°, 45 minutes, until golden on top.
Remove from the oven, and allow to cool in its tin, about 10 minutes, before turning out onto serving plate. Dust with
Serve Lemon Yoghurt Cake, warm or cooled. It pairs nicely with a small glass of Limoncello or a nice cuppa!

simple tutorial on how to make those bottlecap buttons you see everywhere
you'll need:
bottlecap•soda tab•safety pin•pliers•sandpaper/file•paint/paint markers/smth to decorate with•clear nail polish
remove the print on the buttons using a file or the sandpaper
(if you wanna keep the print skip this step, use a cloth to protect the print from scratches when folding down the sides of the cap)

fold down opposing sides of the cap, to help add in the safety pin

bend the tab at a slight angle, insert it into the cap. make sure the side of the safety pin that can not open is the one stuck under the tab

fold down one side of the cap to lock the tab in place, then try and press the tab as flat as you can, to lock the safety pin in place (prevents the buttons from moving on the safety pin, if you like rattling buttons, skip this step)

fold down all other sides of the cap

cover the button in one or more base layers of paint

add ur design (i use paint or paint markers for good coverage and vibrant colors)

cover that in one or two layers of nail polish, it will protect the button from rain and the paint from cracking

thats it, lemme know if you want tutorials on anything else, i like making em.

Remember that moment in ITSV, when Miles first meets his world's Spider-Man and their spider senses do the thing?
The background behind Peter is as we'd expect; the classic red and blue.
But at first Miles' background is green and purple, two colors he's never associated with at all throughout the movie. As the moment goes on, it shifts to match Peter's.
We are literally watching Miles' fate change and the anomaly happen.
It's well established that the spider that bit him was not supposed to even be in that universe, meaning our Miles was supposed to be something else before it happened.
This isn't true for ITSV, but in every other version of Spider-Man, the main color scheme for the Prowler is green and purple.

Our Miles was supposed to become the next Prowler in his world. And the only reason he's not, is because of the original Prowler. Miles switched his fate with Earth-42 Miles.

"You can't be a lurker on tumblr." Yes, you absolutely can. I've been quietly reblogging things since 2014 and I haven't interacted with anyone in years.

One thing I love about Tumblr that wasn't a thing on Reddit is that I can just write whatever the fuck text post I want. No titles. No putting text on images. No algorithms or karma. Just fuckin splatter your mind onto the screen and people will see it. Like god intended.

absolutely fucking reeling from puss in boots the last wish. my grown ass friends made me see it and it absolutely fucked. it was mad max fury road for kids. it was a horror movie about the fear of death. it was a western about an ageing outlaw trying to regain his youth with the help of his ex fiance and homeless harvey guillen. it was about found family. it was about needing people and asking for help. it had the best depiction of a panic attack i've ever seen in a mainstream film. the villain looked exactly like boris johnson. there was a wicker man reference. it had a kill count higher than most slasher films. it set up shrek 5. they even said fuck.
