more headcanons: America is capable of being incredibly ruthless- and there’s a side of him that whispers he should just trample everyone else because he can. It’s constantly warring with his genuine and altruistic desire to better the world. So his hero complex is actually far more complicated than it appears and not all that innocent.

Russia isn’t actually as unhinged as people think he is- he just likes scaring people and he is actually quite calm and collected in general. He has had a troubled history, but it’s America who has a more fractured psyche. In fact, of the two, America is the one who’s more mentally unstable because he’s just so big and diverse- and his history is full of contradictions and conflicting ideals- which he struggles to reconcile with the ideal of being the ‘shining city on the hill’ that is so integral to his identity. 

i have a huge thing for portraying not quite so happy-go-lucky Alfred and not-totally-crazy Ivan, yes. and America’s missing his glasses because well, i had this vague idea that he’s kinda giving Russia a full view of his ruthless ambition- which is something that has been there since the very beginning. (no kidding- the removal of Native Americans, the Mexican-American War, Manifest Destiny etc)

I want a movie about a guy who runs for president and wins but then suddenly realizes that he doesn’t want to be president, so he just starts doing ridiculous things all the time trying to get impeached, but it NEVER WORKS because they always miraculously end up being the right thing to do. Like, he declares war on Canada? Next day it turns out that Canada had secret plans to nuke Washington. he bans Doritos? Turns out theyr’e the number one cause of cancer and natural disasters. He sends his vice president to jail? Turns out the VP was a terrorist in disguise. He has 100% approval rating, most popular president ever.

No one expects guys to hold doors or anything like that. It’s just polite. I hold doors for strangers and I’m a woman.

Woman get free drinks from men because they’re trying to get lucky. I’m more than sure ladies have brought men drinks before.

Men can’t wear heels or makeup? Hell yes they can. Go for it if you want to.

“If I want sex then it has to be on your terms?” It has to be on both your terms. Not just the woman.

Women only buses, women only trains. Well, a lot of women don’t feel safe around men and they don’t want to be gawked at by them. I’m not saying all men do this. They just feel safer on women only transport.

Attention, Amazon Is Going To Be Really, Really Cheap For One Day Only

 Amazon is running a huge day of sales on July 15 to celebrate its 20th birthday.

That’s right, as if products on the website weren’t already cheap enough, the massive sale next week is set to be “filled with more deals than Black Friday” and will feature discounted products across all of Amazon’s ranges, including electronics, toys and films.

The only catch is, customers must be a member of Amazon Prime to get the deal. But, luckily for us, the company is offering a 30-day free trial to promote the sales.

Just like with Black Friday and other shopping specials, the company will be adding new “Lightning Deals” throughout the day. That means new products will be added to the sale up to every 10 minutes, which last until they are completely sold out.

The deals will be available for customers in the US, UK, as well as those in Spain, Japan, Italy, Germany, France, Canada and Austria.
