“indeed it is me.” He said to her while slightly turning his chair her direction. “You just can’t stay away from me, huh?” Noticing the crying baby in her arms, he laughed. “Hm..I didn’t think babysitting was your thing? Struggling with money?” He grinned.

“Oh how things have changed.”

   Its been so long. He’s been off work for almost a year now. Dealing with powered individuals who were too stubborn for his taste had forced him to take a much needed vacation. After a couple months, he felt he needed to get back in his work as soon as possible. He called his associates and set course for a random world. He felt that if he didn’t know who was on the world, it would keep him on his toes. He was in the mood for a surprise.

   He was bridged to a busy city. The place seemed eerily familiar to him, but he couldn’t quite grasp it (which was odd for him). He walked around the city for a while until he found quiet coffee shop and he took a seat outside. Pulling out his phone he started scanning old news feeds looking for anything interesting. He was starting to get bored until someone bumped into him, knocking his phone out his hand and shattering it.

“Hey! Why don’t you watch where you’re going?”
