Christmas is here!

I am one of those people that does not do anything christmasy at all until the 1st of December but when that day does come I am all out Christmas. Music, decorations and my favourite thing...the food. it’s the only time of year that we can eat chocolate for breakfast and not feel an ounce of guilt. 

As a lover of food searching through the gluten free aisles in supermarkets becomes more exciting each year. I have been a coeliac for about 10 years now and to see the christmas selection of gluten free food increase each year makes me very happy. 

This year i have seen a significant increase amongst the leading supermarkets. I am yet to try the gluten free pannetonne from Sainsbury’s but there is plenty of treats to choose from until i can get my hands on that. A little pricey but if it tastes how a panettone should i won’t be complaining. Now there is the usual christmas puds and rich ices fruit cakes available but i’m also excited about the range Tesco has produced. There are fun christmas kits to make with the kids and more indulgent foods for the adults. 

Needless to sat i am very excited about trying some of the different christmas selection available this year.
