I just can't stop thinking how Kpop Demon Hunters would've been amazing as a 2 season mini series with 13 episodes each..

Like just imagine Gwi-ma and the Saja Boys plotting some type of shit every episode, and the girls always save the day...

Meanwhile, every episode is full of banter between Huntrix and Saja Boys every time they clash during awards, variety shows, interviews, etc...like just imagine Zoey and Mystery Saja being asked to host MAMA together, or Mira being called up on stage along with Romance Saja & Abby to announce a winner of an award..and Rumi and Jinu doing one of those dance collabs special performance..ALL THE WHILE THEY'RE LITERAL ENEMIES &, SECRETLY FIND IT INFURIATING BUT BOTH SIDE ALSO CAN'T HELP BUT ENJOY E/O COMPANY.

Also Jinu always flirting with Rumi amidst their fights in every episode 😏 + Zoey and Mystery Saja having cutest interactions every time, and everyone else has to remind them they're supposed to hate eo 🥹

The other Saja Boys becoming more tame and humane with the more time they spend in the human realm, and they begin questioning their actions, and it slowly begins gnawing them from the inside..

Two small random things I love about Nisan in Esref Ruya:

1. She actually decides to tell ML the truth super early on - early in ep 2 and after she’s been working for him for less than a day. The truth being the cops want her to inform. Why? Because she’s not an idiot and knows the mob will kill her when they find out and they will sooner or later (and her “handler” so clearly does not give a fuck.) So she makes a very reasonable risk assessment that so far she hasn’t informed or even had a chance to because she couldn’t have learned anything yet, he appears to have insanely chivalrous attitudes to women, and she just saved his life. So the safest course of action for her, tho none are risk free, is to tell him the truth. Like brains!!! I love it!!! (The only reason she does not is evil lady cop actually does intercept her sister - she sent her away so she wouldn’t be blackmailed by her safety - and so she stops her confession before it gets anywhere.)

2. She’s a rape victim - in fact the reason Esref went to jail as a kid is for killing her rapist. And like that’s a fact about her but the story is not about that or revolves around that or defines her or anything.

I just really really like her, OK?
