One of so many things that I don't like about having this condition is from having a vibrant and healthy conversation with someone and then your anxiety. I was like,

Seriously? Right now? After a healthy vibrant conversation with people you like? An anxiety? Chest pain? What's next? Ultimate breakdown?
It's just so upsetting. I did not sign up for this. With all the meds that I have, I don't think it's working. I feel so messed up and I don't know what to do about it. It's like having an illness without a cure and you just have to coexist with it. To live with it. And I don't know how to. What am I supposed to do? To sit with it? To tell people I have this mental disorder whenever they see me depressed and zoning out? What what what!

Realization:
Finally I went to see a psychiatrist. At last, I felt the hope I needed for the first time again after 5 years. I was diagnosed with anxiety and panic disorder. The doctor gave four kinds of medication. I thought, it would help me that quickly and would me get back to my old self again. But the reality is, NO. It would help you to finally balance the chemicals in your mind that causes you to experience discomfort. The meds will help you but will not cure you. That the fact that I need to accept. Huhubels
