the one guy im seeing semi casually (idk we hook up but also do romantic stuff thats a whole other mess) knows i have an ed and we re comfortable enough now where i can talk about. we also have a weird situation where we talk about other people we re into (i know its prob not healthy). we have very different tastes and we ll tease each other sometimes on the people we re into for style or interests etc. one thing ive noticed ofc is that hes very into skinny, fit people. (of course we never tease each other about body type bc fuck body preferences) anyway, once when i brought up my ed he said something to me that triggers me every single fucking day:
“you dont need to worry about body stuff. like you dont want to look like the other people im into anyway!”
haunts my brain every fucking day. what a strange, indirect but evil way to call me fucking fat.

i am restarting this account. throughout the past couple of months i have been inconsistent on here and i want to become stricter in my restriction. ive been slacking. i dont have access to a scale rn so i cant figure out my starting weight, but once i get the money i will be posting it. my goal weight remains the same and im bringing back more motivation by posting on this as consistently as possible. id like more mutuals so i can get more motivation so please like this if youre active feb 2022!! 🦇🎃🦇

You all wanna know how I lost 10 kg in month. It’s easy and hard in the same time.
1. Don’t starve. Please. I know that if you starve you get thinner BUT after starving your self you just end up bingeing. So I have eaten like 500-1000 kcal per a day. And I didn’t eat after 3pm.
2. You MUST have strong motivation. Like 24/7. If you don’t you just lose opportunity to become a 🦋. Here’s a tip - make photos of your belly fat and every time you are hungry look at it. I’m sure you won’t be hungry after seeing your disgusting body.
3. The last thing I did - moving. For me this was the hardest part because I hate moving but it’s individual. If you want to lose more weight you must move your fucking fat ass. I did HIIT cardio every day for 40 minutes and I have dog so three times a day I go for a loooong walks and did at least 10.000 steps in a day.
So, that’s all. I wish you all luck and hope you’re gonna hit it. ❤️
P.S. My starting weight was quite high so if you weight 45 kg you probably not gonna lose 10 kilograms in the month.
And please excuse my writing skills xD.
