Members of the Goal Diggers, a non profit trans inclusive FC for women and nonbinary players, posing for photos at their "Let The Dolls Play" tournament held today in London, UK.
"Today the FA's ban on trans women playing football came into play. So our response to this message of division, was to show what unity looks like through our Let The Dolls Play tournament.
We came together as a grassroots football community and made it clear that trans women belong in women's football.
The tournament was a reminder of the immense power football has to bring about joy and the incredible strength of our grassroots community.
Trans women are women.
Let the dolls play.

The club is selling shirts (manufactured at a Sedex-monitored workshop in Cairo that supplies fair wages as well as meals and transportation to workers) bearing the Let The Dolls Play slogan with all proceeds going towards Good Law Project's fund to support a legal challenge against the UK Supreme Court ruling endangering trans citizens.
