if c!Techno knew about c!Dream's way of doing the abortion, he'd get concerned and try to find a safer way to fix it. or if he finds about it after Dream did it, he'd try to help Dream the best he can with the pain after all while calling him an idiot and that he could have come to him. They could have figured out a better way. Less painful, less risky. Or at least Techno could have kept an eye on him from the start in case something went wrong.
