relapsing is both terrifying and comforting at the same time.. like i’m scared of that voice in my head telling me to not eat, but also comforted by it in a way. it’s saying “welcome back, i’m still here.”

i’m sad cause i agree with this

i love being light headed, cold and shaky after i haven’t eaten for two days. it makes me feel so pure and fragile.
