One thing I was never properly prepared for in a service desk role is you can explain something to someone in plain English, send them a link to an article IN PLAIN ENGLISH, have a phone call with them AND WALK THEM THROUGH EXACTLY WHAT IT SAYS IN THE ARTICLE, BEFORE THEIR EYES MAKING THEM UNDERSTAND, then a day later they call up saying "yeah I still don't get how that works or how you got there"

i feel like we don't appreciate these days how much the twin towers sucked, like, design-wise

they were contemporarily hated for just being these giant grey monoliths

like there probably could've been an easier way to get rid of them, but they probably needed to go either way

I love how in this photo all the birds eating food are perfectly content chilling with each other but the one mf who isn't eating is just going *zoom* (bonus duckling in between the two eating moorhens)
