Want to get in shape -  and look good doing it?
After searching and searching, I have finally found an active wear line that not only helps me in my work outs, but I feel great & LOOK great!
Become a star, and take a look at StarPower Athletic Apparel! Although they primarily focus on the average everyday athletic woman, Star power also has many options for men. StarPower Athletic Apparel is a sports apparel company that aims to satisfy the needs of the everyday athlete. Not only do they succeed in their mission, but they also give their customers the opportunity to look great while they work out. Getting fit can be hard enough , so why add to your struggle by wearing knock off athletic apparel? Not only do these “other” apparel companies tend to use cheap material and sell crappy products, you don’t tend to look your best!
I always say, look good, feel good. And I think that saying goes along nicely with what StarPower Athletics has to offer you! Once you arrive on their website, not only is it simple to navigate and easy to use, I found myself not only enjoying my experience on the site but I just didn’t want to leave!
When you find yourself visiting StarPower Athletics, you will immediately see they have a variety of options ranging from apparel type, color, and size. As well as specialized apparel for the everyday woman athlete. This is wear StarPower truly shines. Choose from a wide range of women oriented products similar to competitors like Nike, Reebok, and Athleta, BUT better!
Now get out there yourselves and check out StarPower Athletics, I can promise you will not be disappointed, coming from a happy customer myself! Look good, and feel good with all that StarPower Athletics has to offer you, the everyday athlete!

Indian Staircase. Pt3. 2016
The morning of day three in the RRG was a rough one to say the least. With a killer hangover, and nothing for breakfast besides some tuna and ramen, I wasn't feeling the best. It was a hot day, and after a lazy morning and afternoon hike, we all decide to head down to the rapids and deep creeks down trail.
A short hike later we arrive at the base of the foothills near these large creeks. Huge stones breaking the surface of the water, with crystal clear water flowing downstream. Drink in hand,we all wandering the creek line and began to make our way into the water. The water was freezing, but a few of us didn't mind and enjoyed the chance to clean off.
After a day in the water, we all gathered our things and headed back to camp. we ran into a group of campers along the way and made small talk then continued on our hike. With the day dying down and all of us beat from our trip, we began to talk and share stories then one by one called it a night. This was our last night, and we were all ready for a quality meal.
That next morning we packed up and made our way back to the cars. We took as sketchy route down the staircase, and made it our with pounds of gear on our shoulders. After a couple miles of heavy weight hiking, we finally arrived at our cars. For some of us we parted our ways and said good bye, while the others who drover together packed up the remainder of our gear. Then that was that, we stopped at the first McDonalds we saw and made the journey back to Louisville, KY.

Indian Staircase Pt. 2. 2016
Tumblr media
After a night of drinking with good company, and cliffside shenanigans. I was awoken the next morning by Jacob.
“Hey man, wake up.”
he said.
“We’re going to watch the sunrise.”
With morning fog lying beneath the foothills, and red, pink, and orange hues peaking over the horizon, it was something no picture could truly capture. The day was filled with hikes and exploration. We just wanted to wander, and see what we could find. with limited reception and some luck we were able to get in touch with some friends who we new where around the area. This was early in the afternoon and this gave them time to pack and ready to meet at the camp site later that night.
The rest of the day with filled with more exploring and eventually began linking trails together and made it back to indian stair case. We decided to climb this route and top out along the ridge and make a fire. We had a round of Evan Williams and relaxed while we waited for our friends to arrive. They were given directions and the idea was to hope for the best. As the sun began to go down and the liquor began to sink in, we were worried our friends were having trouble along the way. So a few couple out to find them, while jack tended to the fire and I cooked dinner.
Everyone eventually stumbled into each other along the trails and made it back to camp in one piece. Naturally we had another whiskey to celebrate...

Indian Staircase.  Pt 1 2016
Tumblr media
It was Spring break 2k16, old friends and I plan an epic camping trip through out the Red River Gorge of Kentucky. Gear packed, Alcohol packed, friends loaded in the car. The car ride along the way was filled with a nap and catching up, and after our two hour drive we had made it deep into southern Kentucky
We decided to stop at a local gas station, to get a few supplies and a 3 day parking pass. After a short voyage through the forest to a suitable parking space we unpacked our gear and loaded up everything on our backs.
“Indian Staircase”
said jack.
“That is where we go to set up camp.”
Our hike began and it started to rain, March air still leaving the air cool. We trudged through the cliffs and routes through the gorge, tough hike at first but once we topped out and made it to the ridge line our hike became easier. surrounded by blooming trees and vast open foothills of the Appalachian mountains.
After a horshoe shape hiking trail along the ridge, we finally made it to a suitable camping location. After a tedious camp set up, we were tasked with going back down to our cars to get the rest of our gear. Indian staircase was a shortcut. Cutting the horseshoe trail into a straight line to our cars and gallons of water (alcohol) stored in them. So our decent of Indian staircase began with an open view of peaks of hills and nearby gorge exposures. it was shallow pockets that fit only the heel of your boot and tips of your fingers we had to climb down and climb back up with our precious cargo. The trip was a success and everyone made it back to the campsite safe and sound. With the rain letting up and a sunset beginning soon we poured up some bourbon and celebrated our reunion and adventures that lie ahead...

Someone Stole $300 Out of My Car
Our story begins on the 8th of September, it was the old mans birthday so I was desperate for someone to pick up my dinner shift at the Restaurant. After a solid lunch I was able to make a deal with my manager to switch shifts and work the following Saturday dinner shift, AKA a busy f*cking day. So I had the night off, now I’m able to surprise the family at dinner and have a quality night back up home.
After a quick race up to Cincinnati and a delicious dinner of japanese steak house cuisine, my long day is over. The following morning on day 2 of this tale, I wake up to a breakfast feast of biscuits, gravy, eggs, bacon, and mountains of pancakes. (A typical saturday morning in the Farmer House). After a few cups of joe and a good morning with family, its time to hit the road and head on back down to Louisville. With another long day at J. Alexanders in my future, I am sure you can imagine my excitement.
A hour and a half drive later, my 12 hour shift of pouring wine and talking to countless people begins. Solid shift, money in my pocket, and I decide to meet up with friends at Gyrstles for a few drinks later that night. Leaving the days tips in my car while drinking the day away, I relax and have a good time with friends. Decided to call it a night after a couple of beers and some cheap bar food, and journeyed back to 1st st. downtown.
That next morning, I realized I never brought in my serving book from the car. And haven't seen it since, sh*t happens.
