🌿Imagine Context: Falling deeply in love on an adventure you thought you'd never have, pining and romantic tension fluttering through the air every time you shared space, only to eventually part ways - unwillingly - several times. During your separation, you are critically injured and taken to an unknown place. You wake up from a realistic fever dream that you were together, and wipe away the tears of frustration that dampened your pillow. Confused, sick, alone. Then, the sound of someone urgently coming towards your closed door echoed through your chilly room.

Carlos: Hmm? Shackin' up in a freezing cabin in the middle of a snowstorm is nice? Should’ve gone south; a lot warmer and can get drinks easier.

Jill: still not a fan of winter huh?

Carlos: hehe…hate to admit it but getting old super cop.

Jill: oh come on! We’re not that old... Besides, thought you’d appreciate the cuddle time with your supercop. So take the hint.

Carlos: well…hate to have this appreciation go to waste. Maybe we can “warmup” later?

Jill: maybe…if you’re really good and stop talking right now.

Carlos: hehe yes ma’am.

First art of 2024, I did a redraw of Valeveira cozying up together in sweaters near a fireplace. I also wrote some light banter they would have in between cuddling.

The last art of the year and quite proud to have it be a soft warm Valeveira piece! This was a 2 1/2 month traverse of planning, thumbnails, sketching on paper and learning lighting effects. It was honestly alot of work and love put into this, and in the end it was all worth it. I hope you all like it!

Jill and Carlos got back from date night; a walk around snowy hills at a cabin and are warming each other by the fireplace with knit sweaters and Love~

I'm soft for these two! 🥰

I forgot to show my stuff for October's prompt for the #jillsboutique on Twitter, and this prompt was #spookyjill or gothic vampire Jill I like to call this one. I couldn't choose between a red or a blue theme for her dress, necklace, and eyes so I had decided to color both and I like the outcome for both equally. Hope you like them!

Last week I found a past drawing of Alec Hardy from Broadchurch like over a year ago (Left), I found the reference I used from the show and redrawn him lasr week (Right). I was amazed at how much I improved overall (I was drawing him and getting used to drawing men throughout the year but still proud with how it came out).

Did a art challenge on Twitter called Jill's Boutique (Resident Evil) a couple weeks ago, September's prompt (with a reference) was Punk Jill. I drew (also painted) two pieces one with her leather jacket and one without it (giving her a cut up sleeveless top). I added some piercings, ear cuffs, fishnet sleeves and leather fingerless gloves to give it a little more punk vibe. This was incredibly fun and I'm stoked for this month's prompt being gothic vampire dress (thinking also drawing witchy dress if I have time).
