I actually scream a little this time, jumpscared by august.

It's 5am and im just outside my cabin watching a video on my phone. I'm laughing and giggling but trying to keep it down.

It's still pretty dark out but its fine. I decide when it's finished to go on a quick walk to burn off some energy and to talk to myself in private without looking like a weirdo and scaring people.

Charlie: its ok, I think you accidentally left him there the last time you were at our cabin hanging out.

After what felt like hours went past I couldn't find him. I drop onto my bed, the cabin a total mess, and start crying. Big heaves of sobs. I loved that stupid plushie like it was actually alive. It helped me get through the worst of my old life and has been with me since the beginning. And now hea gone, he fucking gone!

August comes to comfort me but Charlie knocks on the door and comes inside. He's taken aback from the scene.
